I've always felt like the females get less romance than the males. In Kotor, Carth and fem get a great love story, but not even a kiss (there is a great mod for that though). Bastila and male gets a whole lot more than that! femExile don't get anything, while maleExile has plenty of women! I have always been a fan of Atton... I wished to get more AttonxfemExile action... Disciple is kinda boring.

It would seem the whole thing about bonding with people through the force is so powerful that it even draws some to fall in love with the Exile xD She could just walk into a bar and get all the guys there haha
And let's not forget how when you talk to Mira and she notices your light-sidedness and is all, "I thought you and the Handmaiden.... but it's just the force". I laughed so hard when I heard this.

I remember playing this game and training these characters as jedi in Nar Shadda and speaking to kriea right before Goto's yacht and her concern with how close I was getting with the female characters. And I think there is a dialogue option that says why don't I just go for all three!

I'm sorry, I'm sorry. But KOTOR 2 has the best dialogue ever written, and that is a fact. No, I am utterly serious. It may not be as great a game as KOTOR 1, but the dialogue is like pure poetry! The characters let striking words spill from their mouths, and I, the player, actually believe them. Please, Bioware, once ME3 is concluded...use everything that you have learned in the past 10 years, and make KOTOR 3. We all want to know where Revan went. TOR doesn't cut it.

Say, if Bioware made the gameplay (they're the undisputed best at that) and they brought in part of Obsidian's creative department, that would be ideal. Just saying, if that ever happened, I would love the shit out of that game.

(wipe the grin perverts) definitely not mira, she says at one point he could be her father, and he is too old. visas seems to care about him more, but she only has like 2 dilolog trees. Brianna is a deeper character, but dosent show as much concern for the exile. oh well.
Kreia's a jealous hag. Sion should've cut off her leg instead, that way she couldn't hang around too much. Maybe then the story line could've been a little different, the game less annoying without her cuntery, and the ending better.
It's sort of funny. I found it more enjoyable to play KOTOR I as a female and KOTOR II as a male, yet cannon dictates that its flip-flopped. This makes me sad....

Sorry, canon is a term that refers to what the authors or creators of a piece of fiction dictates is true to the real story. For example, although there are some cool mods out there, any changes they make to the storyline isn't canon, because it's not how the story intended it to be. According to the current creators of the KOTOR series, Revan is a male and exile is a female. They probably did it so they could make KOTOR 3 less complicated.
The thing is, Mira thinks you're sweet, but you're too old for her, if you tried romancing her you would know this :P, but Brianna ain't bad. The only reason you get this cut scene is because you meet her master on tilos...
Spoiler: getting much influence with Visas right away is a bad thing as a male exile, Brianna will refuse to talk to you if you do and you cannot train her. It was part of the original game mechanic (Evil Brianna/Atton) and they never removed it with all the other stuff.
You know why this is my favorite game? For the commentary. Especially stuff like this.. I been playing this game for years and I probably havn't unlocked half this stuff

KOTOR 2 was a wonderful game with much deeper beauty and poetry than the first. it was not as polished, but it was almost perfect. the exile, in my opinion, was a much more captivating character than Revan
I don't see why people thought KOTOR2 was terrible. It wasn't bad, but it was just not as good as the original KOTOR. KOTOR2 had a good number of upgrades, though, from creating and breaking down items, to influencing your team.

Exactly, because 3 girls aren't fighting over her, they're fighting over her character. It makes things more exciting! It's like watching a movie more than experiencing it yourself. Heck, in Dragon Age, my favorite romance was with Morrigan, even though I'm a girl. :P
I do think the male PC got the better romances at least in this game. I think it varies in Bioware games. Jade empire was another that seemed to favor male romances. Dragon age and Mass effect kept it at the median line. Probably has to do with the fact that is still a predominantly male driven market. PS. Loved the Visas romance in this game even though it felt a little unfinished.
The only reason this makes me angry is that bioware admitted that the exile is female canon! You would think that would cause them to make her plot flow a little better.

I agree with you wholeheartily, tehPrincessJ, the males seem to get better romance options and results than the females. That is one of the main reasons why I play male characters because they seem to have a much better side story to the main plot. Aside from the romance, the story seems to flow differently as well. Such as with Sion, he summons his men to chase you if you are male but tells them to back off if you are female.
Is it just me or is the modded carth look alike as the exile in the video look like he's high or plastered?

KOTOR 2 was a wonderful game with much deeper beauty and poetry than the first. it was not as polished, but it was almost perfect. the exile, in my opinion, was a much more captivating character than Revan

I don't see why people thought KOTOR2 was terrible. It wasn't bad, but it was just not as good as the original KOTOR. KOTOR2 had a good number of upgrades, though, from creating and breaking down items, to influencing your team.

Exactly, because 3 girls aren't fighting over her, they're fighting over her character. It makes things more exciting! It's like watching a movie more than experiencing it yourself. Heck, in Dragon Age, my favorite romance was with Morrigan, even though I'm a girl. :P

I do think the male PC got the better romances at least in this game. I think it varies in Bioware games. Jade empire was another that seemed to favor male romances. Dragon age and Mass effect kept it at the median line. Probably has to do with the fact that is still a predominantly male driven market. PS. Loved the Visas romance in this game even though it felt a little unfinished.

The only reason this makes me angry is that bioware admitted that the exile is female canon! You would think that would cause them to make her plot flow a little better.
Course. I am just bitter because I wanted a Bao-Dur romance. :}

I agree with you wholeheartily, tehPrincessJ, the males seem to get better romance options and results than the females. That is one of the main reasons why I play male characters because they seem to have a much better side story to the main plot. Aside from the romance, the story seems to flow differently as well. Such as with Sion, he summons his men to chase you if you are male but tells them to back off if you are female.
