@yoshicolin666 Why not? He is a rockstar after all lol. I think its more of a big deal with Ville coz he is normally such a calm placid person. He is however human after all and he had recently given up smoking so he lost his cool for a few moments. Its not like some of these other "rockstars" who throw a tantrum by walking off stage never to return let alone finish the gig. I think true HIM fans would forgive him of his moment of madness like you would forgive a family member's mistakes.

Ville is a normal person, with normal feelings. Just because he's a rockstar doesn't mean he isn't going to snap sometimes. He just tries to hide it in the public. I can tell you right now, If I ever got as much publicity as their band has, I'd be snapping all the time. So I think Ville does a pretty good job at containing it.

When I saw them in Portland, the drums were too loud then, too. I can imagine that after so many shows with the sound quality just not being up to par, one would get a little bit pissed off. I also definitely understand the fact that he was quitting smoking... tempers can be very strong. He just wanted to convey his music as close to perfect as possible!

I agree with this. I actually thought to myself why do I bother trying to see this band because the sound is so shitty.

For some reason when I'm there I can barely make out what he says into the mic and the volume for his singing is always too low or for whatever reason you can barely hear him and it's generally shit. I saw them once and the crowd drowned out almost the entire thing. I was so pissed off I nearly left during the concert. Seriously.

yeah, its pretty damn simple to understand. he did quit smoking.. which... is very hard to do, and he tried to quite in the middle of a looong tour. so that and the fact that the sound just wasnt right, Ville has every single right out there to have a little fit. :)

The album hasn't been selling well, and he had wanted to not tour much this time but if they don't, he's going to go broke. So, yeah, stressful.

The crew guy should have got the sound right and then Ville wouldn't have had to stop the show the way he did. People are paying money to see the concert, at least have the sound right. People aren't paying money to see HIM with poor sound quality.

@demian737 Because I'm not a trained and paid professional. They do this kind of thing all of the time and I don't know why it's the mic stand that doesn't work. It would make more sense for it to be something a little more complicated. And by the way, I would love to fix it for Mr. Valo. People can build fucking rocket ships, but it's the little things like microwaves or microphones that they just can't get right.

@TonyRomeoOfficial naw he was pissed at burton and linde. i was there and at first he like signaled linde to lower the valume or something and then he flipped out on burton. i'm really not sure what happened but jdging from what i saw there and on this video it seems like that is what happened. and it makes sense because ville is always wanting the volumes changed when they play live. although i've never seen him act like that before.
