Hi, I would liek to talk to you with regard to a amster project about the production of some Arabic words by English speakers. Could you pass me your e mail.
* LOVE the free online lessons! I ve found some extremely useful Sample Pages of the World famous "THEGOLDEN BOOK ARABIC" (Search it on FACEBOOK / YOUTUBE.) I used to think Arabic was the worlds most difficult langauge until I came across this Golden book of Arabic. Highly recommend it to all those who are still struggling. REAL LIFE SAVER! It teaches MSA (used in news, media) in a way that it helps learn daily spoken Arabic. Many Great VERB TABLES with many uses. Like your work 2Good job Bravo!
wow, i was really surprised when i saw this! i have been subscribed but never noticed this! im really impressed! :] arabic is beautiful language, yet sometimes difficult. great job!
Oh and how the hell did you be born with a soft tongue? Im shocked. I had been learning arabic READING (not understanding what I read- going to madrasah) from a very young age and I still strugle with the sound Eiy'gn!! so so amazing
what the fuck wat are? are you like a living robot ? I had just stumbled across another video of urs eg spf uva/uvb one I subsribed the very second!! My god im starting to fancy u...
Thanks alot Mihcael for your efforts, and really amazing video MashaaAllah :) .. I wish u were my teacher at school xD will be much fun cuz i hated when the arabic lessons started lol u make it easy for who not know arabic and who know arabic as well, Arabic is my native language and yeah it is a rich language as u said i agree 100% with you n special the gulf arab area they talk harder but sure for native speaker will be easy so brother if you need any help msg me :) ,, Allah bless you Michael
Thank you so much for these video's, Michael. I'm just starting to learn this beautiful language (I'm native English) and so far, your video's have proved to be far more useful than anything else i've seen online. You've obviously put a great deal of effort into preparing and making these lessons. I, for one, am very grateful indeed. You're one hell of a good teacher! Thank's again!
@paniyao That is great!! I have been very busy, but I have been working on new videos. My roommate is Saudi as well and I have been studying the gulf dialect (particularly the Saudi dialect/ from the Riyadh area). Thank you so much for your kind words!! :D
How long did it take you to learn the language fluently? I am about to start college and will be learning Japanese fluently so I was thinking I would do Arabic afterwards and was just wondering how long it took you to become fluent.
I learned a lot from this video, but I'll in Egypt in this summer, who wants to enjoy his summer holiday with me and learn Arabic, u can book with me, you'll just pay $415 and get * 75 hours of intensive learning of Arabic,*free airport shuttle from airport to hotel, placement test and certificates, and *free internet, see the site to choose your program: 4uarabicschool,com
@tinkerbel49 I hope it can help. I will try to get up a few other videos. Arabic in Morocco (Maghrib) is very very different than MSA or other common dialects. In fact, I think even the numbers 1-10 are very different. I will make a common phrases video :D :D :D Does that sound helpful?
@mybodysayinletsgo Hooray for blessings... I need them all, trust me! As for the labanese dialect, I dont really know anyone from that region...so it would be very hard to practice the levantine dialect....other than the common phrases and pronunciations of some letters (e.g. the ق and the ج ) Thanks so much for watching :D :D
@AllaMillerify Arabic is definitely one of the most difficult languages to learn (I hate when everyone claims that their native language is the hardest language to learn btw)...but Arabic actually IS very complex...but not impossible to learn!! I do hope you follow along and can get something out of my videos. I want to make about 20 arabic learning videos over the next few months. I will do some more useful ones next (such as arabic phrases, basic vocab, numbers, etc). Thanks Love!!!
@Jahsennia Wow, thank you so much for that kind comment. I appreciate it very much. Do you happen to have any request for a future Arabic related video ? :D -Michael
@TheSublimeAgent2 You're very welcome hun:) How about some simple greetings used in everyday life such as.... "hello", "how are you", "goodbye" etc... Just enough to get by, if you were to visit any of the Middle Eastern countries. Thanks:)
I love your Arabic videos so so so much. I am studying Arabic from my husband because it is his mother tongue,,, but your videos are helping me so so so much. Thank you so much.
I was looking for videos number 2 & 3, but they are not posted... only 5 & 6. Can you post those ones for me. Thank you so much. This is sooooooooo helpful.
@SamsHabeby Yes, I am still working on editing these two videos. It takes FOREVER to edit the alphabet parts hehe. Thanks so much by the way. I will get these up in a couple days :D
@SamsHabeby I will do a common phrases video very shortly. I think you are the right person to be watching my videos (as a learner of Arabic)...and I think you will enjoy the upcoming ones. I am almost ready to post 2&3 btw. Thanks Shelley...keep me updated on your progress...I have some fun tips as well, if you would like to hear any of them.
@TheSublimeAgent2 I am really looking forward to you 2&3 and also for the common phrases... Arabic is such a difficult language to learn, but it is also a lot of fun too. I must practice and make my tongue use such different parts in my mouth, as well as my throat... haha, for me, it is fun and I would love to be able to speak the language well.
Thank you so much, I find your lessons so interesting... you are such a great teacher.
This is very interesting, however, Arabic is not natively spoken in Cyprus. Native Cypriots speak Greek and from the time of the Ottoman Empire, Turkish is also spoken.
@MissyAngel125 Hehe, you are right. However, Cyprus is still considered part of the Levantine region...so I had to include it. :D Thanks for sharing :D
@PutYourFaceOn Awesome. I am going to post the missing two videos and an Arabic phrases video in the next couple days :D Hehe, hopefully you will learn something interesting :D
Hey Michael, Marhabaa !I agree arabic is the most diffcult language, from grammer (nahoo) to the speaking bearing in mind the different dialects. I am currently fluent in arabic in formal and informal (dialects) and from english/somali native speaker i hated learning it since I was baby. But totally fell in love with language when I started to read and hear arabic poetry.t
@SenoraFabulousa Wow!! Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I would love to hear more; namely, what sources did you learn MSA from? HEhe, I find it funny that everyone thinks their native language is the hardest language to learn...but the truth is that Arabic actually is a very very difficult language to learn (especially for us English native speakers).
@TheSublimeAgent2 Being fluent in more than 3 languages, I absolutely agree arabic is the HARDEST, not impossible. I watched arabic cartoons constantly throughout my childhood. Plus having arab friends didnt hurt. Having a go at it yourself using sentences learnt is the best way to learn.
BTW michael, May I take this opportunity to say that I have alot of respect for your channels. (Especially the beauty one) I am a scientist and love when u do videos based journal reviews !!! xxx :D
Michael you are so great for doing this.I think you're absolutely a brilliant person. Did you also learn Franco? The meaning for 2, 3,5, 6, 7 ,8 ,9... My humble perspective for learning Arabic is, that not every Arabic letter and/or pronunciation can be transliterated into the American alphabet and that is okay, in our culture we make due :-D Also for beginners writing Arabic, a calligraphy pen might help you out better then a pen or pencil. Kudos dear!!!
@MsLoveforfashion You are very very right about the calligraphy pen. Hehe, you can see how I butchered the baa' because of the sharpie...hehehe. You are right about the transliteration, but it can be transliterated if you use the right linguistic symbols above and below the letters (I tried to on the notepad parts). What is Franco? I am not familiar with the "meaning for 2....3...4...." Thanks for your feedback !! I appreciate it :D
@TheSublimeAgent About the franco, for people that do not have arabic keyboards, english letters are used, but some arabic letter cannot be transliterated into the english letters
E.g : for letter ع the number 3 is used instead (3arabi = عربي), Another example خ would be replaced with 5 (5amsa = خمسة)
@SenoraFabulousa Oh yes!! Of course. I never realized it was called franco. I use the number substitutions all the time when I am chatting online or something. Hehe. Sometimes I forget to use a 5 and I will just write a capital "H" haha. Thank you for clarifying, I learned a new term today! :D shukran :D

Thanks:)

@SamsHabeby Yes, I am still working on editing these two videos. It takes FOREVER to edit the alphabet parts hehe. Thanks so much by the way. I will get these up in a couple days :D
TheSublimeAgent 1 year ago

Hope that you have a really wonderful day.

TheSublimeAgent2 1 year ago
@TheSublimeAgent2 Being fluent in more than 3 languages, I absolutely agree arabic is the HARDEST, not impossible. I watched arabic cartoons constantly throughout my childhood. Plus having arab friends didnt hurt. Having a go at it yourself using sentences learnt is the best way to learn.
BTW michael, May I take this opportunity to say that I have alot of respect for your channels. (Especially the beauty one) I am a scientist and love when u do videos based journal reviews !!! xxx :D

@SenoraFabulousa Poetry? What can you recommend? Which titles/authors?

Michael you are so great for doing this.I think you're absolutely a brilliant person. Did you also learn Franco? The meaning for 2, 3,5, 6, 7 ,8 ,9... My humble perspective for learning Arabic is, that not every Arabic letter and/or pronunciation can be transliterated into the American alphabet and that is okay, in our culture we make due :-D Also for beginners writing Arabic, a calligraphy pen might help you out better then a pen or pencil. Kudos dear!!!
MsLoveforfashion 1 year ago
@MsLoveforfashion You are very very right about the calligraphy pen. Hehe, you can see how I butchered the baa' because of the sharpie...hehehe. You are right about the transliteration, but it can be transliterated if you use the right linguistic symbols above and below the letters (I tried to on the notepad parts). What is Franco? I am not familiar with the "meaning for 2....3...4...." Thanks for your feedback !! I appreciate it :D
TheSublimeAgent 1 year ago
@TheSublimeAgent About the franco, for people that do not have arabic keyboards, english letters are used, but some arabic letter cannot be transliterated into the english letters
E.g : for letter ع the number 3 is used instead (3arabi = عربي), Another example خ would be replaced with 5 (5amsa = خمسة)
SenoraFabulousa 1 year ago
@SenoraFabulousa Oh yes!! Of course. I never realized it was called franco. I use the number substitutions all the time when I am chatting online or something. Hehe. Sometimes I forget to use a 5 and I will just write a capital "H" haha. Thank you for clarifying, I learned a new term today! :D shukran :D
