That's the reason I lock my door every night, so shit like this won't happen to me! I live in a students home... so people come and go.. there are a lot of parties and stuff.. so...
Even a Self-confessed Pleaded-Guilty and proud of it is incapable of looking so Satanically Pompous & Smug!
If I can see the sun in the sky, I can see it's light and I can feel it's heat, to hell with the fucking Evidence or the lack of it to prove otherwise!!!
Still, she learned some useful Italian phrases like, "It wasn't me!", "I don't remember" and "A black man did it"....I wonder if in her $4 million book deal she starts to remember where she was, otherwise it's going to be a very dull book....
I don't think she or her exboyfriend had anything to do with the murder. I think Rudy acted alone. The police did a shoddy job collecting evidence. Everyone made a big deal out of Amanda and the boyfriend cuddling and kissing outside the house, but that is what young couples do. Amanda looked very upset and he was comforting her. Also, she has shown to be a silly heart, which would explain her doing cartwheels. Her friends say she sings out loud when she feels like; it's just her personality.
Rudy has been living in Italy way before Amanda Knox came to Italy, and he had never killed or convicted someone before this. He woke up one day, and got involved in one of the most horrible crimes i have ever heard of. The story still doesn't add up. A black man is blamed for stuff like this. That's why i don't mingle with those white chicks.

@femmy321 - Ask Maria Del Prato how safe she felt finding Guede in her business, discovering he had stolen a kitchen knife from their kitchen, keys to their business and other stuff on him? She described him as a "dangerous man".
Why was her friend Madison keeping a video diary at '48 Hours request'? I thought she went to Perugia to provide 'moral support' for her friend etc. It is seems a little manipulative and contrived, almost like she knew she would be cast as a selfless supporter in a TV documentary one day...hmmm...
@travellingboy1 don't get me wrong, I definitely agree that its a weird situation to walk into and not think about calling her boyfriend. But I think at the same time I've seen weirder things like that on college campuses. And apparently this college in Perugia is a huge party town.
@hunnybunnyboo0208 I dont think anyone would react like Amanda says she did .Even on drink and drugs. I am not saying she is guilty of murder, but I think something went on, and Raffele would not take the stand.
@HatingIsUgly When they broke down the door everyone crowded round concerned at what they would find within, except one person who got as far away as possible, maybe they knew what they would find. It must be terrible to find your flatmate like that, even worse if you had some involvement, either way it could make you hysterical.
@travellingboy1 - Have you seen the picture of the hallway? There isn't room for everyone and it was the other boyfriends that were going to give another try to break the door in. Who was supposed to be at the front of the group? Basicly, 10 away from the door and you are in the kitchen.
Again, grasping at straws and to weave guilt from nothing. The facts are that Meredith was already being assaulted long before AK and RS finished watching the video. They weren't there the night before.
@HatingIsUgly You must be one of her loyal dedicated American followers, blind to any evidence negative to your beliefs. Her story of that morning makes no sense, and in the words of your Judge Judy "If it makes no sense its because its not true"
@travellingboy1 - Nope. Just someone that can follow a logical arguement and then follow it up with reading the Hellmann Report. Have you read the report? The entire report? That is in comparison with someone that just wants to be hateful and ignore an entire case file so they can post cruel, ugly, hurtful statements about innocent people so they can feel good about posting very mean hurtful statements. (contd)
@travellingboy1 - This case is very simple. Meredith was fully clothed except for one shoe she removed (laces untied). She had placed purse and loaned books on bed. She had her jacket on. She had not taken out laundry. She had not turned on computer. She had not called mom. She was attacked changin for bed about 9pm. Dinner from 6pm had not digested so she died before 10pm. Cell registered a new tower at 10:13pm. Guede was at the house at 9pm and had sex with Meredith. She was dead by 10pm.
@travellingboy1 - Raffaele's computer showed human interaction at 9:12pm to load last segment of movie. There is no evidence that Amanda was in Meredith's room (per prosecution). The kitchen knife had bread cells on blade. Could not make stabbing wounds in neck. Did not match knife stain on bed. There was DNA for 5 genetic types on bra clasp and one was of a class that Raffaele belonged to along with 100,000 other Perugians and this determined by extrapolation way beyond acceptable limits.
@travellingboy1 - Guede said he was there at 9pm for a date with Meredith. Said they had sexual encounter (his DNA inside of Meredith). His bloody palm print was below her body. His DNA was on bra where he grabbed it and ripped it off her. His footprints were in multiple locations of room. His DNA was on purse holding money, credit cards and phones. He told a friend (first admission) that Knox was not at cottage and that a shorter left-handed man was there (Raffaele is taller/right-handed).
@HatingIsUgly None of what you say makes her story believable. Raffaele said Amanda was not with him, he did not retract that statement and refused to take the stand. The attack on Meredith was estimated at less than 15 minutes. Who covered Meredith with the duvet? There was no blood on it, showing it was done some time after the murder. Who cleaned the blood from the floor outside the bedroom? Guede`s bloody footprints should have been everywhere, the only one left was on bathmat.
@travellingboy1 - Really should tell the true story. Fabricating a fantasy doesn't make it true. They asked Raffaele if he could possibly know if Amanda left while he was asleep. The FACT is that it doesn't matter because Meredith was attacked at 9pm and dead by 10pm. The question was whether Amanda had left after mid-night. It was irrelevant. Makes no difference at all. They were at Raffaele's flat while Guede was killing Meredith. You can type all the pet fantasy stories you want.
@travellingboy1 - Don't complicate what happened. All the evidence pointed to only one person attacking and killing Meredith - Guede. He covered her after he raped her and before he went through her purse. The footprints in the hallway had no blood. Tetramethylbenzidine proved there was no blood. Stefanoni lied in court that she didn't test for blood. Her own reports showed she did. That is a lie about Guede's footprints. They were in the room and leading to the exterior door.
@travellingboy1 - Amanda told the same story consistently except the all-night interrogation when the police convinced her that their lie were true. She should not have trusted the police that they were lying about Patrick. But the next day, she wrote her own statement and immediately cast doubt on the story they convinced her was true. There is a reason it is documented why over half of all "confessions" are proven to be false. The police have a predisposition to shape statements.
@travellingboy1 - And yet, the roommates testified in court that Amanda's reaction was to be hysterical and sobbing. Your description is a fantasy that folks desperate for her to be guilty cling to but fortunately, it is not true.
Sure she's acted strange throughout her trial, but I'm not surprise by her behavior. She's half way across the earth with no one except her boyfriend and herself to comfort her. And why would she commit a brutal crime with no motive? She's only known Meredith for about 2 month. She may be dumb enough to not think about her behavior but nobody is dumb enough to kill someone you barely know and then consciously go take a shower there. I'm amazed that she even survived through this all.
@hunnybunnyboo0208 .Amanda said she returned home to the cottage found the front door wide open, no one in, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet, Did she call her flatmates,or her boyfriend,or run to her nieghbours,or shout and scream,NO, She calmly showered, dried her hair, dressed, went to her boyfriends flat, mopped his floor, had breakfast, and only then mentioned what she had found. When questioned one lie leads to another until you have an unbelievable tale like this
@travellingboy1 - the door was often left open if someone was just stepping out (to smoke, to go downstairs). The blood in the bidet was miniscule. Nothing there to make anyone think "murder". When do you think she saw Guede's "gift"? Probably on her way out.
It was what happened the night before that matters. Meredith was attacked almost as soon as she got home, died by 10pm and all evidence says she and Raffaele were at him place at least until 9:30pm. Guede admitted he was there.
@HatingIsUgly No one said the door was often left open,Amanda said it could blow open while you were putting rubbish out, and she said she assumed someone was putting rubbish out, Unbelievable when you think she would have seen them outside and they would have been back in seconds. She saw the blood in the basin on the faucet and the footprint and even said none of her flatmates would leave it in that state, the same with toilet. Time of death is not exact
@travellingboy1 - Yes, in court, it was testified to that since the door was broken, the roommates often left it unlocked/ henced open / to step outside. You picked one part of the reasons stated why they would leave the door unlocked/open. She saw a SPOT of blood. She did not see the footprint until she got out of the shower. Why would her first thought be "murder"? Time of death was no later than 10:13. Meredith's phone registered with cell tower from the Lanas home then. Food undigested, too.
@travellingboy1 - Get the facts straight. She arrived with door open, not unusual if someone stepped out since it didn't latch. Took shower and getting out, noticed stain on carpet and drop of blood on faucet (hers). Dressed, went to other bath, dried her hair and then noticed crap in toilet.
That was when she grabbed mop and left. Thinking burglary, not murder. There wasn't blood "everywhere" and there wasn't a ransacked living room.
@HatingIsUgly Amanda first said the door was wide open and she assumed someone was putting rubbish out, unbelievable when she would have seen them outside. When everyone showed disbelief at this she added in her 4th nov email that they could have run to the neighbours quickly for something, still unbelievable because they would have been back before she could shower. At the trial she said she thought someone had gone out and forgot to lock it.There was nothing wrong with the lock.
@HatingIsUgly She found the front door wide open, blood in the bathroom, a strangers feces in the toilet, and did not tell anyone for 2 hours. Come off it even you one of her most loyal followers cant believe that.
"Non ero la" This not what she said when she was first interviewed! I forgot she was under duress. The only duress that was shown during this trial was that money is a pretty damn good alley.
@michaelahillx3 ..What would you do if you came home and found your front door wide open, no one at home, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet ? Would you calmly shower ?,,,,,,,,,,.How can anyone believe her story ?.
This 'documentary' omits information in order to make the story more favorable to Amanda. This type of program does no service to justice it is all about playing to the home audience to make a sensationalist story and make money. The truth was dramatic enough not to have to distort facts. If you are interested in the truth then read books other that The Fatal Gift of Beauty which is a whitewash read A K the student Killer of B. L. Nadau. Guede's words are taken out of context.
This should be a lesson to all these young people who feel that they can behave just like they behave at home. Other cultures can be a serious danger to ones health if you don't understand the laws and customs governing it. Liberalism is not so readily accepted in some countries as it is in America. THAT KISS, THE YOU TUBE VIDEO, THE DRINKING, THAT TEXT TO HER BOSS.... Perhaps all of this could have been avoided if she had made some better choices. I wish her well. I dont think she did it.
@CARIBNATURALS How can anyone be prepared for what happened in Italy? I have never heard of a parent preparing their child for a friends murder or what to do if falsely accused of it. THAT KISS, you mean that peck? Most college kids have youtube videos like that. THAT TEXT TO HER BOSS " see you later" ?? I will be sure to tell my kids never to text that comment in case they are accused of murder. Amanda was railroaded because Guede's adoptive "family" had influence in that town.
@CARIBNATURALS She is doing very well, found innocent, back home, a very handsome boyfriend, lots of support from family and friends, returning to school, moving on with her interrupted life. She did not do it and that has been proved by her release/innocent verdict.
@CARIBNATURALS If you returned home, found your front door open, no one home, blood in the bathroom, would you calmly shower? Knox is either very stupid or a very good liar... I do not think anybody could be that stupid.
@graemeislord EXACTLY oh my god, finally a person who agrees with me. There no rule book in how you should act when a person die, AK obviously have her own way of coping and distracting herself, you don't prosecute someone regardless of how ridiculous and inappropriately they act after a murder.
Come on guys, she had been treated cruelly during the interrogation with Italian police, without a translator, without a attorney, with only knowledge of basic Italian. She was kept in the interrogation room for 50 hours, plus she was tea traumatized by the murder of her roommate. She might not have been in the clearest of minds, and might not even know what the hell she had told the police. If you say you won't break under those circumstances, you're bullshitting because you haven't even been
@779561296 Because it's all black and white to everybody, spouting bullshit without knowing the facts or wanting to know them. Like you say nobody can understand the effects of intense interrogation and what it can do. Also they are missing some simple logic. Giving a false testimony doesn't equate to murder. Also love how people are talking about 'one day the truth will come out, we'll find the killer'. Yeah, his DNA was all over the room and victim, he's currently in jail.
WOW. Wouldnt that be great, if she became an ambassador for people wrongly convicted of murder.
Um .....yeah ...... a bit like how she tried to send Patrick Lumumba to jail for 30 years when she lied! lol
Twisted fucking Americans. Well done in distorting the truth again. Can't wait for the movie! I hear Mel Gibson is directiong it. Apparently he loves portraying accurate historical events
BUHUU.... no food no water , she eas confused, she was scared...what abot the innocent people in guantanamo, held with no trial ore evidence. kidnapped by the us goverment from thieir homes
@tasbah3 Those people are held under terrorism laws, which are different to Homicide.
This case fell apart because the evidence was handled badly, and the prosecutor was a religious nut job who thought he didn't need to wait for DNA evidence to back-up his argument.
Perhaps you need to find a video more relevant to your comments.
@Lawlessuk Ore maby you should look into the cases of you alleged terrorists. The the so called terror law is against human right laws. Even children are kidnapped and held in those torture jails! The only reason why Amanda Knox is portraid as innocent is because she's American in a foregin country.
@tasbah3 I agree, they do break Human Rights. But there's very little anyone can do about that except lobby for change. Have you tried lobbying for change in a suitable way, or do you only lobby online in comments sections?
America is far from innocent, but hijacking this video's comments is hardly likely to gather support for your cause.
@Lawlessuk You are right, it might seem pathetic that I comment about that here. But what Irritates me is the way media an spin and make stories and ignore truth. The petitions I have signed in my life time has never changed anything. Money Is the only language politiians understand.
@tasbah3 It's not pathetic, I sense your frustration. Discussion is the only way forward, killing people doesn't work. The media selects what they want us to see, but many people are not stupid and can see there is more going on. But how do we solve the problem of people who live amongst us who want to kill us just because we are American, or English? Those people need to be taken out of society, for everyone's safety. Some will be innocent, but the majority in Guantanamo are involved in it...
@tasbah3 'The only reason why Amanda Knox is portraid as innocent is because she's American in a foregin country.' OR, and I know this might be hard for you to take in, maybe it's because there is NO forensic evidence linking her to the murder scene. Oh yeah, but she was seen by that homeless heroin addict down by the basketball court, and lets not forget Rudi saw her 'silhouette' outside the cottage, and heard her screaming while he was listening to his ipod on the shitter. Yeah, you're right
The more I watch this the more I ger irritated!! This looks like a American report that suck balls, they don''t talk about the victim at all. This woman ruined alot of lives, she lied alot of times and got caught in her lies. It''s because America pulled some strings she got free. I think America should free their own injustly prisoners. before making a report about Foxy Knoxy so called innocense!
@tasbah3 I know what you mean. Is this the same one that was on 5 last night? As soon as I heard the American commentator I knew I was in for a ride down bullshit lane. You wait till they make the movie!! Whats funny is the bit at the end where that revolting father, curt, is saying she will represent people all around the world who have been victim to miscarriages of justice. Would u really want her on your side? lol. The truth will come out eventually. One way or another
@tasbah3 What lives did she ruin? Patricks is all I can think of, not nearly as many lives as Rudy Guede has ruined by both slaying a wonderful young woman and implicating two innocent people. lying does not equate to murder, are you that moronic that you are putting somebody who 'told allot of lies' to the sword, meanwhile there is a murderer/sex offender who is currently in jail who will probably be out before he is 40. Sensationalist bullshit just like the tabloids
@tasbah3 Please go ahead and present your evidence of this, I'm sure Mignini would also love to hear it, because after four years of fantastical scenarios likened to something of a cross between Edgar Allan Poe and a bad porn director he couldn't even prove that she 'helped' with the murder. You know nothing of the murder of Meredith Kercher, you are spouting nonsense, your opinions are seemingly based upon nothing, much like the media coverage of this case from start to finish
@tasbah3 why? just because you believe it? what evidence you have?.....you were at the house and saw amanda killing her?....you just CANT doomed someone in jail just because YOU THINK that person is guilty...
That's the reason I lock my door every night, so shit like this won't happen to me! I live in a students home... so people come and go.. there are a lot of parties and stuff.. so...

travellingboy1 1 month ago 16
@travellingboy1 - the door was often left open if someone was just stepping out (to smoke, to go downstairs). The blood in the bidet was miniscule. Nothing there to make anyone think "murder". When do you think she saw Guede's "gift"? Probably on her way out.
It was what happened the night before that matters. Meredith was attacked almost as soon as she got home, died by 10pm and all evidence says she and Raffaele were at him place at least until 9:30pm. Guede admitted he was there.
HatingIsUgly 1 month ago
@HatingIsUgly No one said the door was often left open,Amanda said it could blow open while you were putting rubbish out, and she said she assumed someone was putting rubbish out, Unbelievable when you think she would have seen them outside and they would have been back in seconds. She saw the blood in the basin on the faucet and the footprint and even said none of her flatmates would leave it in that state, the same with toilet. Time of death is not exact
travellingboy1 1 month ago
@travellingboy1 - Yes, in court, it was testified to that since the door was broken, the roommates often left it unlocked/ henced open / to step outside. You picked one part of the reasons stated why they would leave the door unlocked/open. She saw a SPOT of blood. She did not see the footprint until she got out of the shower. Why would her first thought be "murder"? Time of death was no later than 10:13. Meredith's phone registered with cell tower from the Lanas home then. Food undigested, too.

You still continue to slander this girl, who clearly is innocent? You're an asshole.
PlatoJaspers 1 week ago
@travellingboy1 - Get the facts straight. She arrived with door open, not unusual if someone stepped out since it didn't latch. Took shower and getting out, noticed stain on carpet and drop of blood on faucet (hers). Dressed, went to other bath, dried her hair and then noticed crap in toilet.
That was when she grabbed mop and left. Thinking burglary, not murder. There wasn't blood "everywhere" and there wasn't a ransacked living room.
Those things were not signficant by themselves.
HatingIsUgly 9 hours ago
@HatingIsUgly Amanda first said the door was wide open and she assumed someone was putting rubbish out, unbelievable when she would have seen them outside. When everyone showed disbelief at this she added in her 4th nov email that they could have run to the neighbours quickly for something, still unbelievable because they would have been back before she could shower. At the trial she said she thought someone had gone out and forgot to lock it.There was nothing wrong with the lock.
travellingboy1 7 hours ago
@HatingIsUgly She found the front door wide open, blood in the bathroom, a strangers feces in the toilet, and did not tell anyone for 2 hours. Come off it even you one of her most loyal followers cant believe that.
travellingboy1 7 hours ago
"Non ero la" This not what she said when she was first interviewed! I forgot she was under duress. The only duress that was shown during this trial was that money is a pretty damn good alley.

How could a judge, many trained investigators, and a jury BE SO FUCKING STUPID???
I know nothing about forensics, and I knew the second I saw the footage of them gathering evidence that the process was flawed.
I must be smarter than Manini, the Police, and the Jury combined.

CARIBNATURALS 3 months ago
@CARIBNATURALS How can anyone be prepared for what happened in Italy? I have never heard of a parent preparing their child for a friends murder or what to do if falsely accused of it. THAT KISS, you mean that peck? Most college kids have youtube videos like that. THAT TEXT TO HER BOSS " see you later" ?? I will be sure to tell my kids never to text that comment in case they are accused of murder. Amanda was railroaded because Guede's adoptive "family" had influence in that town.
9bronxgirl 3 months ago
@CARIBNATURALS She is doing very well, found innocent, back home, a very handsome boyfriend, lots of support from family and friends, returning to school, moving on with her interrupted life. She did not do it and that has been proved by her release/innocent verdict.
9bronxgirl 3 months ago
@CARIBNATURALS If you returned home, found your front door open, no one home, blood in the bathroom, would you calmly shower? Knox is either very stupid or a very good liar... I do not think anybody could be that stupid.
wanderingbillyboy 3 months ago
@graemeislord EXACTLY oh my god, finally a person who agrees with me. There no rule book in how you should act when a person die, AK obviously have her own way of coping and distracting herself, you don't prosecute someone regardless of how ridiculous and inappropriately they act after a murder.

with all due respect the italian police its a joke...
Ahuvati 3 months ago
Come on guys, she had been treated cruelly during the interrogation with Italian police, without a translator, without a attorney, with only knowledge of basic Italian. She was kept in the interrogation room for 50 hours, plus she was tea traumatized by the murder of her roommate. She might not have been in the clearest of minds, and might not even know what the hell she had told the police. If you say you won't break under those circumstances, you're bullshitting because you haven't even been
779561296 3 months ago 2

BUHUU.... no food no water , she eas confused, she was scared...what abot the innocent people in guantanamo, held with no trial ore evidence. kidnapped by the us goverment from thieir homes
tasbah3 4 months ago
@tasbah3 Those people are held under terrorism laws, which are different to Homicide.
This case fell apart because the evidence was handled badly, and the prosecutor was a religious nut job who thought he didn't need to wait for DNA evidence to back-up his argument.
Perhaps you need to find a video more relevant to your comments.
Lawlessuk 4 months ago
@Lawlessuk Ore maby you should look into the cases of you alleged terrorists. The the so called terror law is against human right laws. Even children are kidnapped and held in those torture jails! The only reason why Amanda Knox is portraid as innocent is because she's American in a foregin country.
tasbah3 4 months ago
@tasbah3 I agree, they do break Human Rights. But there's very little anyone can do about that except lobby for change. Have you tried lobbying for change in a suitable way, or do you only lobby online in comments sections?
America is far from innocent, but hijacking this video's comments is hardly likely to gather support for your cause.
Lawlessuk 4 months ago
@Lawlessuk You are right, it might seem pathetic that I comment about that here. But what Irritates me is the way media an spin and make stories and ignore truth. The petitions I have signed in my life time has never changed anything. Money Is the only language politiians understand.
tasbah3 4 months ago
@tasbah3 It's not pathetic, I sense your frustration. Discussion is the only way forward, killing people doesn't work. The media selects what they want us to see, but many people are not stupid and can see there is more going on. But how do we solve the problem of people who live amongst us who want to kill us just because we are American, or English? Those people need to be taken out of society, for everyone's safety. Some will be innocent, but the majority in Guantanamo are involved in it...
Lawlessuk 4 months ago
@tasbah3 'The only reason why Amanda Knox is portraid as innocent is because she's American in a foregin country.' OR, and I know this might be hard for you to take in, maybe it's because there is NO forensic evidence linking her to the murder scene. Oh yeah, but she was seen by that homeless heroin addict down by the basketball court, and lets not forget Rudi saw her 'silhouette' outside the cottage, and heard her screaming while he was listening to his ipod on the shitter. Yeah, you're right
graemeislord 3 months ago 2
The more I watch this the more I ger irritated!! This looks like a American report that suck balls, they don''t talk about the victim at all. This woman ruined alot of lives, she lied alot of times and got caught in her lies. It''s because America pulled some strings she got free. I think America should free their own injustly prisoners. before making a report about Foxy Knoxy so called innocense!
tasbah3 4 months ago 3
@tasbah3 I know what you mean. Is this the same one that was on 5 last night? As soon as I heard the American commentator I knew I was in for a ride down bullshit lane. You wait till they make the movie!! Whats funny is the bit at the end where that revolting father, curt, is saying she will represent people all around the world who have been victim to miscarriages of justice. Would u really want her on your side? lol. The truth will come out eventually. One way or another
hobitshouse 4 months ago
@tasbah3 What lives did she ruin? Patricks is all I can think of, not nearly as many lives as Rudy Guede has ruined by both slaying a wonderful young woman and implicating two innocent people. lying does not equate to murder, are you that moronic that you are putting somebody who 'told allot of lies' to the sword, meanwhile there is a murderer/sex offender who is currently in jail who will probably be out before he is 40. Sensationalist bullshit just like the tabloids
graemeislord 3 months ago
I dont belive she is innocent she knew something and did help with the murder
tasbah3 4 months ago 3
@tasbah3 Please go ahead and present your evidence of this, I'm sure Mignini would also love to hear it, because after four years of fantastical scenarios likened to something of a cross between Edgar Allan Poe and a bad porn director he couldn't even prove that she 'helped' with the murder. You know nothing of the murder of Meredith Kercher, you are spouting nonsense, your opinions are seemingly based upon nothing, much like the media coverage of this case from start to finish
