whenever i go to install installous on 3.1.2 firmware when it installs zip it gives me a pop up saying size mismatch three times and then stops the installation

You also have to have 1 real app from the appstore. Just go download a free app and you're good to go.

if the apps dont show up on the homescreen, then all you have to do is ..
1. go to settings on the Installous app.
2. click dirty ,instead of clean.
3. install the apps again.
4 re-start the springboard
