I can understand if u say you can do better than her but well.... Maybe you don't speak French and you didn't understand anything... But about this video, I'm not sure if it's the best cupcakes in Paris, I still think you can find better with some professional pastry chef in Paris (she is not, she is photograph).
Some poeple here did misunderstood the concept. What this girl is trying to make is personal, a family tradition so it's not really a "normal cupcake' I don't understand the fact to say Italian cake are better than this, it's not even French cake on this video.

J'aime bien la formule de "petits-gateaux" qui nous permettent d'en accéder sans être obligés d'acheter un grand gateau pour 6.
