I disagree with the last 2 comments. I feel the fault lies with the arrangement of the song. I just finished musical directing a production of the show and the arrangement of this piece was driving me nuts. Too much brass. So I decided to make it a 4 piece jazz combo using a piano: bass and drums while keeping the alto solo in the middle. It worked much better. Don't blame the singer for this song. She did an excellent job although she could have been a bit more melancholy in execution

it just doesnt flatter her at all. Makes her look like she has more weight on her then she really does. Its like Mariah-- some things she looks amazing in, other times she looks a little heavier in certain things. Either way--beautiful girl--beautiful voice..ugly dress. Ha-ha.
