that is technically running a red-light, as well as not stopping at the first solid white line, you may not roll into the intersection while the light is red, you may ONLY roll into an intersection after a complete stop, behind the solid line, at a stop-sign.
There was no violation unless there is a law in that state witch requires a turn signal on left/right turns... other then that i see no laws being broken.
Now, I've never had a problem with Jons, but I've definately figured out all the cops in this blackhole are just in it for the revenue and the judge too. I have an ad in both H-town papers looking for people who have been charged with a Crime they (really didn't) commit, by none other than Officer Maess. This #$%@$%^#$ lied in court, under oath and I was charged with something I didn't fucking do. Oh, yeah and he said investigating this was, and I quote-"a huge inconveiniece"
If was officer Jons, he's got issues anyway. He believes it's 9 car lengths from the Jack entry to the crosswalk. We were in court for me running a yellow light, and he said I was going to be surprised when I saw the video. I was not only surprised at how wrong he was, I was shocked that he didn't apologize for his lie. Hemiston must need the money more than me. The HPD and the municiple judge here are a joke.
I fail to see what the officer did wrong, looks like the guy on the bike was more wrong. Too bad he is trying to ruin a good officers name because he is mad he got a ticket.
