  • what brand name roasted chili paste do you use?

  • you make it look so simple. looks good

  • กระทะเล็กไปนะเธอ

  • What would you recommend if we cant find the roasted chili paste?

  • @hmonggirl89 Actually I am not sure because the roasted chili paste is pretty distinctive with it's sweet flavor. I suppose you can do a basic stir fry using fish sauce, a little bit of sugar and some oyster sauce.

  • i tried this out, it's soo good! i always wondered how khmai ppl cooked it.

  • @pakchan10 I'm glad to hear that the recipe worked out for you.

  • Mmmm...this recipe looks good. Glad to see you didn't use oyster sauce. In my household, we use oyster sauce in almost every stir-fry, which is kind of boring. May I ask if that roasted chili paste is homemade? If it's not, then what brand do you use and what is the exact name of the paste?

  • @koolpebble The roasted chili paste was pre-made and it came in a jar. There is a link on my website with the image. The brand I use is Pantainorasigh.

  • I made this today and added a bit more spice! It was so yummy! Thanks for the recipe. Would you be able to do beef sticks?

  • @Chammyk I'm glad the recipe work out for you. As for the beef stick, will have to see about making a video but I do have a recipe for it already on my website.

  • i loved this recipe - ever since i made it the first time my family always asks me to make it again for them :D thank you

  • @LastXdeth Yes, it look and taste very good.

  • You had me looking for the original version of the song. Too bad I cant find it. Keep up the good work.

  • @tanlongreturns I rip out the audio from a very old DVD, I think it was Moradok Production.

  • Mmmm....

  • Great job, Bong. I just left you my comments on your channel because I couldn't post it here...:)

By the way, I found your video on Jeffmagic32's channel. He subscribed your vid--and oh, that song with the rose that you posted was beautiful. :)

  • oh man... i drooled all over my keyboard! can't want to try this!

  • @seywhat82 Oh no! Now you have to go and get some wipers LOL

  • The khmer music reminds me a lot of Thai music. The ingredients are also quite similar to thai recipes.

  • @NattHrafn There's no surprises that Thai and Cambodian have a lot of similar, if not the same, things including food and music. The title of this song in Khmer is called "Mdich Baan Serch Oeuy Kyom' which translate to "Why did you laugh at me" or in Thai "Tum Mai Hua-Rors Hai Chun". I just know that this is an oldie song. I haven't come across this song in Thai yet, but if you have or know where to listen to it, please share. I would like to hear it too =)

  • wow i got super excited i love eating this!! thanx for posting bong!
