Sounds like a winner to me. Everyone pays there own way so the people being taxed to death won't have a heart attack or stroke when they find that taxes have differed the majority of their income. Also this plan would allow doctors to make a reasonable amount of money, after all they did go through at least 8 years of school as well loans in order to heal us, so lets not chase off our future MDs by changing the standards of healthcare, medipay all the way!

Let me tell you, that is not true. If the degree of danger or pain is something of a higher level they're going to take care of you no matter what. I so sorry to hear that, but it is in no way the Gov't's fault. If the hospital is overrun with patients, it sounds to me like you need a bigger hospital, or more hospitals, not Gov't run hospitals.
