  • did you notice when you play the 5 3 2 1 and hit the c chord, it sounds alot like simon and garfunkels the boxer? lol good playing

  • Excellent! I play classical guitar too (albeit all I have now is a steel strung acoustic and the songs I used to play :P). Romanza is one of my favorites to play, and I have to say, you blow me out of the water. Pursue your talents man, you are FANTASTIC.

  • beautiful! I´m trying this at the moment, but it`s giving me a hard time :(

..btw I play guitar for 1 year now

  • HEY! Where did you get this copy?

I have searched all over trying to find the recording I learned on. It was on a cassette that was called 'Italian Favorites' or something.

This sounds like the exact same one since it's played the same at 1:38 and has the harmonics at 2:02.

I can't seem to find this exact recording. The other recordings are stiff and lifeless.

    HELP ANYONE?

  • very very well played. i liked it

  • nicely done!

  • i think i commented this already..? idk

Well like wooah. This is flawless(: Im learning how to play this song on guitar. Its so pretty<33 I want to be able to play it like that :D

  • bieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen

  • It's awesome...

    Thank you for playing this!

  • The poor sound quality really makes this great. I'm not even kidding. Brilliant way of sounding like Segovia without being that good. I'm not trying to be sarcastic or demean the performance. Well Done.

  • why be an asshole? jeez

  • I liked it

  • i've been looking everywhere for a tab of this. great playing

  • But the music! Thats what im doing.

  • hey, that's an awesome piece, man! I'm starting to play guitar myself. How much time it took for you to play this piece?

  • Thanks ! It took me about 3 weeks to learn to play it like this.

  • heey frank!

    echt mooi gespeeld!!

zo kom je nog eens iemand tegen op youtube :P

    groetjes floor

  • Hey! You play great, i loved it!

I play the same song on my guitar right know and just have got a question: which adaptation (dont know, if this is the roght word) ware you playing. So the song is from Bach, but he didn't write the notes for guitar, did he? I think, your interpretation is very good, but the notes i have got aren't like you play it. My notes are from "Karl Scheit". I would like to know, from whom are yours or if you just have played it like you wanted!

    Mfg

    Funker 444

  • Glad to hear you liked it!

Paganini originally wrote the piece, and I have the notes (score) from Karl Scheit as well.

  • bach :)

  • Yoo homo (H)

  • really nice, i'm working on the same peice right now (norbert kraft arrangement), and it was nice to see some different fingerings as well as different additions. I would make a suggestion at the arpeggio suggestion to hold off the bass strings abit, and bring out the melody in the A finger more, since the bottom end is acting as a backing string section, but still a good job.

  • Magnificenza..reminds me of Fernando Sor's work...perhaps they met.

  • You play this piece very well. Do you play the whole sonata? BTW may I have a pdf of this score? Thx

  • hey=)...you make the same mistake I did the first few times I played this piece..e.g. in 00.14 you don't play a 6/

  • Yes you're right! Overlooked it I gues :p Thank you for your criticism ;)

  • Frank :D

    jhaa luister ik t is..

jhaa is ttoch goed hoor :)

ik kan het oook op men saxofoon (H)

    nee geintje..

ik heb je al 2 keer 5 sterre gegeve:P

  • Dear Frank, no doubt, you are very talentet. All 5 stars and a big congratulation for this well performed song. Your version is a lot more complex than mine. It was a nice to listen, thank you and all the best from Ibuki in germany.

  • this is very good i have never heard this song before but you made me want to hear it and you did an excellent job. may i have a copy of your sheet music please...:) it seemed like in 1.12 you hit a flat note but was that supposed to be there? you are very talented none the less.

  • Thank you for your comments! I really appreciate them!

  • great job

  • Excellent! Great that you gave the notes room to breathe. I like your phrasing.

It's too bad I have CTS, because I was practicing this song before. I would love to post a video response once I learn how to lessen tension on my fretting hand!
