Your baseband is for iphone 1G or 2G, and baseband 05.11.07 is 3G or 3GS, your baseband only unlock using bootloader (bl39.bin and bl46.bin)

oh it was factory unlocked? i believe that you can jailbreak it and keep the unlock using blackra1n, but i am not 100% sure. Just to be sure, use the pwnagetool. because i know that the dev team have stated that it will keep the unlock.

pwnagetool was developed by the dev team. If you would like, in my unlock video, i may post the iphone firmwares. So that all you have to do is select the 3gs firmware, download it, and restore it to that custom firmware.

honestly, i am not 100% sure. Right now, my iPhone is running with the dev team Jailbreak (3.1.2). However, I will test that out first. If it does not work, i will release a video notifying you guys what to do. You don't have to run 3.1.2, you can run 3.1.
