why such a bad attitude?you are learning it wrong full stop to learn a manna you dont progress from the v sit anyway so your basic start is wrong period i dont have to be able to do this or show you one to no this ask any decent teacher if show ignorance youll never learn soak up critcism and fix your mistakes
@usurper08 To be honest, mate, stop being a jerk. I haven't asked any "decent teacher" at all and I probably won't, because I'm not picky about the result. I love to do the move the way I do it, and it works fine. This video is seven months old now, and my manna is close to as good as many of the olympic gymnasts. So please, stop talking about ignorance; it's not about ignorance, it's about if I'm really interested in doing the "proper" way, or just doing what I like. thank you for your advice
@usurper08 k if it makes you feel better call it a manna but if you dont want to do it the "right" way why you confusing people and calling it what it isnt i clicked on your vid to see a manna not an attempt so for that i could call you a jerk.
Well done, besides professional gymnasts I haven't seen someone make that much progress in the manna.
@Jasgym Please think before posting next time...like for example a good question to ask yourself in this situation would have been "Do I know what I am talking about it?"
@Jasgym77 wait, what? you're saying that the fact that i'm leaning back is the only flaw in this skill? lol. This is just a high V-seat, i'm not even halfway in my progression towards manna. If you had read the description you would've known. besides, doing a manna without leaning back in the start (before you are strong enough to push your hip up to shoulderlevel and higher) is pretty much impossible. where's yours?
Boy where's yo shirt?
