@showergel1 Russell Brand and Jonathon Ross called up Andrew Sachs (who played Manuel in Fawly Towers) and left a bunch of prank calls on his answerphone while on air on Russell's radio show about how Russell had slept with his Sach's granddaughter and stuff. It got blown really out of proportion and Russell and Jonathon were both suspended from the BBC. Oddly there were origionaly only 2 complaints and when the Jonathon Ross Show was resumed there were more complaints! Hope that helped :)

and i am also a little disappointed in him for keeping his highly overpaid job when russell did an honourable thing by quitting his job at bbc radio after the whole manuel-gate thing.
It is definitely overpaid but so is everyone in those kinds of jobs, hollywood actors / actresses, footballers even more so... All the hundreds of barons and lords in the UK that nobody has ever heard about etc... :P If he takes a pay cut, so should all of them.
