My build is 8/31/2, using this website. Basically I threw 8 into Shieldtech to give me more shield ability (Rebraced Armor in the Tier 2), then 31 into Advanced Prototype (ignoring Railshot because it is worthless), and then 2 into Pyrotech (Ironfist). Should be a good all-around PvP spec for MDPS/Tanking. Thanks for the video!

You missed getting the 9% aim increase of the 2nd tier shield tech. Aim is your most important stat, increases damage of ranged and tech abilities. Powertech uses alot of tech abilities.
