@robb817 you want science?...read a book called Weath Belly ...Wheat id the absolute worst of all grains. Grains have toxic anti-nutrients, lectins, gluten, and phytates and all wheat in the US is genetically modified....it causes all kind s of health problems and makes you fat and old fast.....but don't believe me..read the book, you can get it on amazon even on CD, if you don't like to read Books.
I do have Acid Reflux and i always buy Wheat Bread, Veggie Burgers, green grapes, 6 cups of yogurts, Fruit Juices, Turkey Hot Dogs and Bologa. Is that good?
If you need to watch the amounts of starch you are eating, consider adding more carrots to your diet. One large carrot contains just 30 calories and 2 g of fiber. Carrots are also packed with a slew of vitamins and minerals. Carrots provide calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, folate, choline, beta-carotene, lutein and vitamin K.
Why does this guy think he is more credible looking like a comic book action hero? Oh he is right about bread. Mr. Biceps should have told you about corn and rice (especially white rice).
According to the food pyramid, it is recommended to intake 6 - 11 servings of rice, pasta, bread(carbohydrate) group daily. Carbohydrate should be 55% - 60% of the total daily caloric intake. What is your view about that?
@SkiFantic Read your question regarding eating bread. There are several books I have that can explain it better than me. If you want to know more I can forward that information to you. No this is not a scam and i am normal.
I got off of all wheat, corn, rice and sugars. Lost a lot of weight and huge drop in blood pressure.
@TBU1992 Hi. I saw your question regarding rice and whole grain pasta. I've read much on this subject. non organic pasta is loaded with pesticides. It is best to stay away from all wheat, corn, rice and dairy products.
I will share more information with you and where you can find books on this subject. Rest assured, this is not a scam and I am normal.
@RealityOfAging Carrots are a starch and will add body fat? The Livestrong foundation says: Carrots are low in starches and other carbohydrates, making them a good vegetable choice for people trying to follow a low-starch diet. Carrots are nutrient dense; a large serving has a small number of calories and provides many essential vitamins and minerals. What does Lance Armstrong know anyway?
@jdh91741 Some carrots are ok, if you really love them have some but the greens of the carrots have 50 times and more nutrients than the root, try juicing them with some celery and cucumber...also carrots of today are very hybridized and contain much more sugar then the original wild carrots…also stay away from seedless fruits and fruits with non-viable seeds are super hybridized and unnaturally sweet.
@RealityOfAging silly dude im lean as shyt bro and all i eat is fruits sugars and veggies nuts and seeds and cooked starches and have loads of never ending energy. read more bro!!
@deejaykgb Carrots are very good for you. Go to the Livestrong foundation site and check it out. Livestrong is much more sophisticated than this guy. I can supply much more info if you wish. This is not a scam and I am normal
@RealityOfAging raw, unsalted almonds, walnuts and pecans are essential to cardiac health. Did you know that 10 almonds a day has the same cholesterol lowering benefits of first generation statins? Yes raw nuts are high in calories. Don't eat many. Nuts are an excellent source of fiber vitamin E and protein.
Remember Franco Colombo? Several times Mr. Universe and personal friend of Arnold. Franco endorses the use of nuts in his diet
That´s going to be rough. I absolutely love white bread.
