you do know your only normally able to take 4 hero choice or 1 lord and three hero choice at 2000 points. This maybe a thing you use in friendly games but just so you know you can't normally do that. I hope this is of some help to you, also thanks for the videos there great.

Bretonnians have an extra hero slot. It is an army special rule since we are required to take a bsb.

Sorry if I'm wrong about this, but the situation at the end of the vid with the giant charging in the front arc of those knights - would the ogres not just shuffle over so that the giant is touching by corners, thus ensuring that most models are brought into combat?

Only if they were charging at the same time. Once the other units were in combat, an additional charging unit needs to be able to get into contact - and existing combatants can't just move out of the way. That's my understanding, anyway.
