Thanks man , was just trying to answer a few questions. Some how it feels like more heat from the multi flame compared to the same watt single flame, thats with a simple hand above the flame test.
Thank man, we are still working on a setup to give some real btu numbers. Jd's burner still needs some work befor it could be fair to compare it to the element, his flame were not even close to touching the pot. It all looks great so far , the findings will be post .
Still having problems with the orifice size , this would probly do 50 watts but I have 2 tips that aint working with me , so I have to turn the watts up a bit to over come the bad tip's. Work in progress.
It dont even seem like that much till you put your hand over it. I flipped a pot over and put it over the whole thing, with in a minute it was to hot to touch.
alot of flash backs untill you diled in the orfice diameter ,thats a very usefull little device bro i could do some major pyralysis with that ,i need to convert trash into energy and that device is the key for simple super heating systems, bravo my friend this is real progress, such a simple configuration withought bronz wool in the tip itself , at such low flow rates,i cant stop writng about it ,dam thats cool
Yeah man its all about the orifice size for the flow you got. I'll make a video of me dialing in a tip size. I still need ALOT of practice.
Flashback's , oh yeah , but with tips this small at the flow I have , the needle will start to glow red about 1/4 second befor BOOM.
No wool of any kind in my whole system, just the Sledge Hammer from HHOGLabs, it makes me feel like a flashback dont realy matter , and the tiny air line helps make the flashback just a pop instead of like a 1/4 stick.
I have no idea what I just saw but i have to build this, Thank all you YT Mcguyvers!

Also man imagine 27 of those going at 270 watts , imagine the heat output then ....

Thats good for a mig tip.

had to close the holes up with a hammer ,i got 5 going now on 75 watts

Crazy how hot it is right. Seams like 10 times hotter than the same watt single torch.
tjgame2 2 years ago
Yes it is , it does feel like it has more heat than just a single flame using the same amount of gas

Thats very cool! What type of sealer did you use where the tips go into the hose?
Its so impressive to think of all that heat from 90 watts. Keep it up! Stay Safe!
