We do have problems logistically with food and water in some areas, but there is actually room/food/fresh water for many times more people then we have. Your facts about adoption are completely false. If you want to adopt, go to a women's care center (pro-life place) and they will for sure hook you up with a loving family who has been checked for a criminal background. Often times mothers are given the option to meet the family or stay in touch with them and their kid. Most kids who are in bad situations were wanted by their parents and that is a proven fact.
Its not somebody because it hasn't developed? In that case people should only be considered people at age 25. Babies, to toddlers, to kids, to teens, to adults, to elders is all development and killing anyone who is not fully developed is against the law and frowned upon. The mortality rate for having babies is nearly nonexistent, and abortions that happen due to threat to the mother make up only 1% out of 100%. Rape cases are merely another 1%. When the cells fuse, as I'm sure you know, the DNA changes, making a new entity. This is a given for all animals of all species (any larger than one cell, anyhow.) @mslewp Also, sex is a biological process geared specifically toward PROCREATION. Meaning sex is for MAKING BABIES. a) I was using the vampire as an example because it's the same concept. There is a 0% chance that a fetus is concious, because we know it isn't, simmularly to how we know grass is not concious. Why is it that you stick up for fetuses, but not for animals? It's because of religion. Putting this much value on a potential person makes no sense.
b) Sex is also meant for pleasure. If it isn't then why do we have foreskins and clitorises? Both exist for sexual pleasure.

b) Sex is pleasurable to ensure the survival of SPECIES. It makes people want to do it so they can continue their lines. Sex is pleasurable to make BABIES happen-- not babies happening because we're supposed to just do whatever makes us feel good whenever we want.
c) My friend is pregnate (because of Abstinence Education. It taught her that condoms don't work.), and I've adviced her to get an abortion, but she doesn't want to (she's religios, like 99% of Pro-Lifers), and she won' give it up for adoption, because she deosn't want to deprive it of its mother. The baby is only a week or two into it, and she's treating it like a human being, yet she eats meat.

If you choose to do it, you need to be smart and know that you could get pregnant and be stuck with the aftermath, good or bad. I first want to thank you for saying that humans have rights at the start of the video. That point is neglected on both sides of the debate. However I do disagree with your stance, I am pro life. I feel that a human should be allowed to be able to do anything he(or she) can without taking from the life, liberty, or property of other individuals. Saying a women has the liberty to choice is great but it is not to be sacrificed at the life of some else.

I know the consequences and I have worked at a daycare for 3 years and I don't want kids yet. It is one thing for a woman to be raped or if her life is truly on the line. We do have problems logistically with food and water in some areas, but there is actually room/food/fresh water for many times more people then we have. A baby has as much of a right to live as the mother does. Using extremely inhumane methods to kill the baby because some irresponsible, selfish lowlife decide that they don't want their baby is despicable. If you didn't want a baby then you shouldn't have conceived it.

Your facts about adoption are completely false. If you want to adopt, go to a women's care center (pro-life place) and they will for sure hook you up with a loving family who has been checked for a criminal background. Often times mothers are given the option to meet the family or stay in touch with them and their kid. Most kids who are in bad situations were wanted by their parents and that is a proven fact.

It is not healthy for women, it kills a child, and from the sound of it you need to start really examining your beliefs a little closer. @mslewp Because a mother is not going to die if she spends 9 months birthing a baby. The mortality rate for having babies is nearly nonexistent, and abortions that happen due to threat to the mother make up only 1% out of 100%. Rape cases are merely another 1%. Neither person deserves life more; hence the baby should be allowed to live. The mother was responsible for the existence of the baby, so now she has to face the consequences. If she doesn't want it, she can give it to someone who does.

@mslewp Why do you say it is a potential child? A sperm and an egg are potential life, true. But there is no life having been created at that point. When the cells fuse, as I'm sure you know, the DNA changes, making a new entity. This is a given for all animals of all species (any larger than one cell, anyhow.) So, why do you say a fetus is not a child? And yes, sex is our right. But every action has a consequence. People don't like it, but it's true. Why not give to a childless couple instead?

Children are a joy, but to many who don't want a lifestyle change or responsibility, it's a punishment. Obviously it is also now considered (sociologically) a mainly pleasure-based activity, but the end result of sex is meant to be BABIES. a) I was using the vampire as an example because it's the same concept. There is a 0% chance that a fetus is concious, because we know it isn't, simmularly to how we know grass is not concious. If you choose to do it, you need to be smart and know that you could get pregnant and be stuck with the aftermath, good or bad. I know many people who were at it day and night for years, and they used condoms. As a result, they didn't get pregnant AT ALL, until they wanted to. Be smart, be prepared, or don't do it.

I first want to thank you for saying that humans have rights at the start of the video. That point is neglected on both sides of the debate. However I do disagree with your stance, I am pro life. I feel that a human should be allowed to be able to do anything he(or she) can without taking from the life, liberty, or property of other individuals.
