In order for your health to restore during the torture scene,you must press O at all times,that includes after each "session" where Ocelot says something along the lines of "Shall we go again?"If you do that,your health WILL restore,giving you more time to get past this scene.
auto fire is a tool that sends a sertain buton pressed at un humanly speeds the game sences that and makes the guy shoot block punch etc... but in metal gears case the game sences it and regects it

@eerakko auto-fire is a button on one of those third party PS1 controllers that are programmed to trigger a certain command repeatedly.

he didn't.. he used auto-firing
all controllers available during this game were recognize.. but any controllers made afterward.. the game couldn't read..
