Well, because baby was so strong in the first place, goku only managed to become about 10x stronger than him because of his strength. When baby went oozaru he became stronger than ssj4 goku because of the 10x increase baby got. Because baby used the Super Saiyan powers of vegeta and cause of his cells do a different transformations, (Aka Super Baby 2 should be ssj2 vegeta+wierd baby power). Either way the oozaru times his power by ten, if it were normal vegeta in super 2 oozaru, ssj4 is stronger

True, people have to remember that Vegito can't reach SSJ4. The Elder Kai warned Goku not to fuse with Vegeta as Super Saiyans or else the power of the fusion would kill them. If, they fused as SSJ4's, than the Kai fusion would not work. So the fight would be between a Super Saiyan Vegito and a Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta and Gogeta would certainly win.
