How about giving us a place to do this legally as opposed to just arresting us and harassing us? Give riders an abandoned airstrip outside of every major city to do stunts and screw around and most of these problems will disappear. A trackday can run as much as a thousand bucks in tires, fees, fuel and transportation so the less wealthy riders will resort to highways unless they have someplace to go for free with their friends.

If it cost be 20 bucks for an afternoon I'd go back again and again and pretty soon any costs involved would be paid off. The report is clearly biased, but I don't condone stunting on public roads - go to a trackday for that kind of stuff. I'm a rider and I ride responsibly and courteously to other bikers and drivers. When I'm in my car I move over and give lanesplitters extra room (yes, I live in California) and when I'm on my bike I will back off and let cars merge. If I can make some cagers rethink their opinions on bikers they will be more courteous to me down the road.

How about giving us a place to do this legally as opposed to just arresting us and harassing us? Give riders an abandoned airstrip outside of every major city to do stunts and screw around and most of these problems will disappear. A trackday can run as much as a thousand bucks in tires, fees, fuel and transportation so the less wealthy riders will resort to highways unless they have someplace to go for free with their friends.

If it cost be 20 bucks for an afternoon I'd go back again and again and pretty soon any costs involved would be paid off. Its just a matter of nobody who has the money being interested in fronting the money, even if they would recoup their losses in the long term.

I can certainly understand the police's perspective and stance on the issue, but this video is very biased against the motorcyclists. Too many innocent bikers lose their lives every year because of car drivers who are not paying attention. Where is the news story on that?

the basic premise on this report is to blame all motorcycle accidents on the motorcyclist. in essence most of the crashes that involve motorcyclists are caused by the driver of the automobile not seeing the motorcyclist. this video is all one sided through creative editing they make it seem that all motorcycle riders if street bikes are doing something wrong. there is nothing wrong with cutting through traffic or stunt riding. just do it in a safe area.

Personally I believe that doing stunts in crowded areas isn't wise.

The report is clearly biased, but I don't condone stunting on public roads - go to a trackday for that kind of stuff. I'm a rider and I ride responsibly and courteously to other bikers and drivers. When I'm in my car I move over and give lanesplitters extra room (yes, I live in California) and when I'm on my bike I will back off and let cars merge. If I can make some cagers rethink their opinions on bikers they will be more courteous to me down the road.

Yes there is the possibility of other road users being injured, but even stunt riders are less likely to hurt someone than blase drivers (whom are everywhere).. Drivers need to pay attention!
