We will sing our national anthem on our first independence day very soon my brothers and sisters of Scotland and it will be a million times more passionate than this....

No one will ever understand how amazing it feels to be Scottish unless they are Scottish. We may be a small country compared to USA, Russia, China etc but we are an ancient country! A long history that had made and shaped us into the nation we are today.

One more thing to do though - VOTE FOR OUR INDEPENDENCE !

Of course the first few years of independence will be a struggle financially but the oil that is in the North Sea which is Scottish water which makes it Scottish oil is there for 30-40 years we can trade that overseas to generate some income and heavily export Scottish goods. The SNP in my view have governed very well in their reign, I'm only 16 and I'm saying they must have some sort of financial plan for us to be able to cope.

But it actually makes the Scots who say this look pretty stupid because "God Save The Queen" is the National Anthem of United Kingdom (of which you Scottish are part of!).

Yes English oppression existed, no one denies that. But in Modern Day England, very few people actually have a problem with Scotland or it's people. But Scots can't seem to get over what happened over 400 years ago when James I became the King of both Scotland and England and the troubles began.

Best national anthem. Hands down. But I still like the Star Spangled Banner, it's good in a slow way. If you listen to the words by the end you're pretty pumped. La Marseillaise would be good, but everytime I hear it I think of EVERY war France was in during the 1900's and it kills it. I have nothing against the French but I just can't get into it.
