  • The fact that these little bastards won a Tony frustrates me.

They are great dancers but their acting, stage presence and singing blow. And I just want to punch Trent int he face.

  • i typed in shrek the musical and came up with this :S

  • i will never understand how they can dance so like, intesnly, and then when they sing after thier vocies dont even waver in the slightest !!

  • A-MA-ZING !

  • Im so JEALOUSsssssss.

  • i was just thinking how thats what i wanted my prom date to cance like, then i realized that i wouldn't really appreciate him showing me up so badly...

  • I can't wait until the tour comes to SF

  • Look at me I can spin spin spin spin spin spin spin spin spin spin

  • I think that they did a really good job! Only I dislike how the American versions all seem to have a lot more streetdance elements in them. Not this one in particular, but I saw one of them and he was full on breakdancing for about 30 seconds. I still love it though, and they're all so ridiculously talented! And they nailed the County Durham accent pretty darn well! Such a good job!

  • Trent's accent definitely sounds most natural, which is understandable.

  • I .....I LOVE THIS :)

  • I love Billy Elliot ive seen it about 5000 times LOL lovee it <3 xx

  • FREAKIN GOOSEBUMPS EVERYTIME I SEE THIS NUMBER PERFORMED BY THOSE UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING KIDS OMGOMGOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is there any question that Kiril steals the stage from anyone and everyone. The kid just has incredible charisma to add to his amazing talent.

  • breathtaking, just amazing <3

  • The first boys who performed it were better! :)

  • Wow! I want to see the musical!!!! :D

  • I saw it in england as thats where i am from and loved it it is set in england :) i thought they would sound americain but they sounded really english :)

  • amazzzzzzing!!!!! i loved it on broadway!

  • So beautiful. Makes me cry. Seen it three times in Chicago...

  • ohh my gooodd!!!!! wauuuuuu waaaauuuuu this is unbelieve!!!!!!..... that was the first I said when I say you dancing "wau!!".. congratulations guys!!!!! you're all amazing!!! I love the way you dance and what makes that show even more fantastic, is the coordination that you guys have achieved. It looks so awesome!!!

  • Their dancing is so tight it's amazing!

  • The second one to sing was amazing, what's with the forced accents though? That's really bad :/.

  • @CreativeLovesRouge it's because they're american. i know. i saw it in London so it was a bit better accent-wise.

  • Idk they all sound kind of forced to me :/

  • I would do anything to be able to go see this on Broadway! I am a HUGE Elton John fan.

  • @prosaicpseudonym I went to see it in London. I bawled my eyes out. It's absolutely amazing.

  • @CreativeLovesRouge That's so cool!

  • @prosaicpseudonym I'd reccomend it definitely.

  • aw shit dey killn da stage

  • They are outstanding. I have chills!

  • Saw the matinee in London last Saturday. Still a great show. Thanks for this wonderful video. Great trio is right.

  • I saw the Billy Elliot in New York and it was fantastic!!! The Billy that starred in it was Michael Dameski, he first starred in the Billy in Australia. He was very very good in every aspect of the play!

  • i love them but tommy batchloer forever<3

  • amazing kids

  • Holyshit their good:) haha and trent kowalik is hot lol no my brothers dance instructet knows one of the leads, not the boys or Michael tho

  • these guys are awful compared to liam mower!

  • @katykitkat100 yeah, but no1 can beat liam mower :D

  • @pilchard96 haha agreed!

  • @katykitkat100 Sorry, but no. Kiril and David are both far more accomplished as ballet dancers. Liam Mower is great, but your comment is plain ignorant.

  • @MadameRumblefisher yh well i feel the same way bout yours madam whatever

  • @katykitkat100 Well, sorry, but it isn't. I'm talking about them being accomplished as dancers, which is undeniably true, as they have tons of awards and their technical skill is beyond what his was when he played the role. Again, I think Liam was a great Billy, but so were these three.

  • @MadameRumblefisher never said they weren't

  • @katykitkat100 Actually, you did. Calling them "awful" is doing just that.

  • I loved this musical!! My favorite songs were"

    Solidarity

    Grandma's Song

    Expressing Yourself

    This one, of course

    Merry Christmas, Maggie Thatcher

And ABOVE ALL ELSE...... *drumroll please...... XD* ANGRY DANCE!!!!

    ~Emma

  • lol crap accent...

  • they r so good

  • this aint the best song,

as fabulous as it is its got to be SHINE !!!!!!!

best eveeeeer. or 2nd is the grans sober song. ooh or solidarity.

damn elton; this has too many great songs

  • haha there crap at the accent! rofl

  • @bonlouk bless them, its a hard accent to sing in I am sure, I love the way that they over emphasise the accent with some words and forget it with others.

  • @hethenia - I dont find it perticulary hard, lol im doing it :) - lol there good though :P

  • but they are brilliant anyways! I saw David on Broadway. . best thing I've seen on Broadway. . very moving as an actor, dancer and singer! So there!

  • Good, might someone indicate me which is the name of the song that elton john sings ???? Please!!!!!

  • trent is the best dancer :) kiril is the best singer :) and david is the best actor :) in my opinion.

  • i just saw this yesterday but it wasnt with any of this boys. it was still AMAZING though

  • i cannot wait to see this!!! it doesnt come to chicago till march tho. but still looks AMAZING!

  • I saw David last week, he was incredible. Instantly became one of my favorite musicals. Can't wait to see it again!

  • they are the only trio of boys, actually of any kind, to have a fierce turn section when everybody's together.

  • I'm impressed, they even have the Newcastle accent down perfectly. I saw this show in London last year and it was just spectacular. I would reccomend it to anyone.

  • These boys just make me smile so much!

  • I hate stereotypes!

  • kiril is leaving october 2nd,with david bologna, and haydn gwyen.

  • aghhhh they're all so amazing, i dont want them to leave, the shows gonna be so different!

  • Actually Kiril's leaving October 3rd, Haydn's leaving Oct. 4th and David B.'s leaving Sept 27th.

  • oops sorry

  • They are so talented! Amazing dance techniques.

  • Just because guys do dance does not mean they are gay

  • awesome!!! saw the musical like 3 days ago in new york. it was awesome!!!! go kiril!!!!

  • its really a newcastle accent iv seen london shoq 4 times and met them 1

  • wow, they were really quite together for most of it. it's cool, since they obviously aren't normally all doing it at once for the show.

  • I hope my futer hubby can dance

  • great geordie accents, not bad for been american :D

  • its a bit like bein angry ,its a bit like bein scared

    David rox

  • Thank God for this show and these beautiful young talented boys! There is hope for the future!

  • rofl same. not in a malicious way, i think they're all really talented and quite cute, but yeah...

  • haha oh man, thats hilarious. they are really good though.

  • If you watch more of the boys, 2 of them actually might be straight.

  • which 2?

  • Trent and David seem straight... but u never know.

  • why do you think one of thems gay?

  • well they are, but they arent speaking with normal british accents, its like a northern one or something like that, it sounds almost scottish.

  • jordi a newcasle accent

  • yep it's a northern accent. north of england, lots of coal!!

  • I sing like the tallest one, they changed a lot in one month.

  • wow they all on time together..looks really good..

  • how do you figure out which billy is playing which night?

  • each one does at least three shows a week and they just rotate day to day. sometimes they do matinees as well so they throw that into the rotations also.

  • i'd imagine they'd tell you in the program lol.

  • I think the Today show doesn't do the acoustics justice. So excited to see it on July 3rd on Broadway in NYC!! Been listening to the soundtrack for days and it's fantastic.

  • love their dancing but im not to keen on the singin they need more practice on that.

  • AMAZING

I have to say, i think Trent is probably my favorite vocally but there is no way to compare these boys when they dance. they are all so talented in every aspect of the show, but their dancing moves me every time. all three dance absolutly beautifully.

i've only ever seen Trent in the show, so that may be why i like his voice a little better, but all three sing so well.

its cool to see all three boys dance together, and their syncronization during the last pirouttes was amazing!

  • which one is that?

  • hes the second one to sing, and he is the one that counts up to eight before putting the bags offstage and joining the other boys in the dance. the first boy to sing is Kiril and the boy that does the pirouettes for like a minute at the end is David.

i can't get over how amazingly talented all three of these young boys are :)

  • SUCH a great show.. and congrats on the Tonys last night! Fantastic

  • they dance beautifully

  • Holy cow! Completely unreal talent! Absolutely fantastic. Beautiful choreography, fantastic execution.

  • i wanna see this..even though it KIND looks stupid...but..i still wanna see it!

  • its not stupid, trust me! its fantastic! :) everybody i've talked to whose seen it has said they've loved it. i thought it was phenomenal when i saw it a few weeks ago. the dancing scenes are just mesmerizing and the amount of talent on the stage is unreal. i mean, you saw these boys dance! all three are great :)

hope you like it if you get to see it!

  • i much prefer the original three english billy's.

i think they do a better job of the accent and stuff (though i guess that's expected).

they're too forceful with their singing.

these three are very talented dancers though.

  • kiril kulish <33333 =]

  • these kids are absolutely incredible!! well deserved tony nom

  • congrats to the three billys. best of luck for the tony.

  • Elton John wrote all the music for the original London show, so he kind of has the right to be wherever the hell he wants to be. He's very supportive of the boys and thinks they're doing a great job.

  • wow... that is talent lol

  • this show is pure genius it just doesnt get any better then this GO SEE IT!

  • are tickets impossible to get...i really want to go and have good seats but i have a feeling thts gonna be really hard

  • Order online about a month or so before you plan on seeing it. Don't be scared to have seats that are high up. I sat in rear mezzanine section 3 or 4 (forget which) in row E. I thought I wouldn't be able to see, but I swear they were better seats than some people on orchestra

  • WOW!!! I saw Billy Elliot on Thursday...Trent Kowalik played Billy and he was AMAZING!!! They all are:)

  • i saw it on thursday also. it was sooo good!

  • which ones which?

  • The Cuban boy is David Alvarez, dark-haired one is Trent Kowalik and the brown-haired kid is Kiril Kulish.

  • WOW! I really want to go see this musical.

    It's so beautiful.

  • i saw this in melbourne two days ago!!!!!! MOST AMAZING THING EVER!!!!!! but did you see those turn-pirouette-thingies at the end (yeh..... not a ballet dancer)???? they were like EXACTLY in time!!!!!!! i walked out of the theatre utterly speechless!!!!!! god i wish i lived on broadway!!!!! (or west end, you know...)

  • fouette a tournez or a la secondres

  • I want to see this so badly!

  • i saw this billy elliot in london, :) its pure class

  • I love the fact that they referred to the show as "new" when it's been on in London for about 2 years now!! guess they meant "new-to-America"

  • They do mean it as such. :)

  • only 2 years? i'm sure this show opened in 2005

  • Perhaps it did. I can't really remember - I just know it's been on for roughly 2 years :)

  • When it opens anywhere, it's referred to as new. If something is created on Broadway, and then goes to the West End, it would be called new on the West End.

  • Actually they tend to get referred to as things like "Broadway transfers" - it's a bigger selling point!

  • Huh, I didn't know that. In any case, they weren't implying that this is the first place it's played. As far as I know, it's either new, continued run or a revival in Broadway terms.

  • i saw and met trent and he was absolutley AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! i would see it again and again it was that good!!!!!!!!

  • I saw David do Billy and he was SOOOO good. I loved it so much taht I wanna go back and compare them now !!!! hahaha

  • Saw Kiril do this the other day, and it was amazing!

  • saw this on friday. i'm not just saying this, it was a great show. i laughed, cried, and enjoyed every second of it! i saw david and his talent can't be put into words.

  • the austraila billy boy are better

  • How do you know?

  • No, they're not.

  • Wow, they're extremely talented!

  • i love this musical! its my favorite show i have ever seen! all the billys are all so gifted..i wish i was a little boy that could play billy. hehe

  • I saw trent and david- they were AMAZING.

  • Hello Guys I am just here in Melbourne - Australia where we start previewing Billy Elliot, it is amazing! I have seen the show many times and it still brings tears to my eyes. It was wonderful seeing cast and crew so committed to this beautiful show.

  • Oh my god they are only 14 years old!

  • aaw!! i can't wait to see this!!!

  • it's so awesome and freaky how they're all in sync. yeow, they're so good!

  • the three of them are so perfects! I can't wait to see them!

  • OMG!! they are sooo talented!!!

  • are you gonna post the elton interview?

  • nice video yet again thank you very much

  • to be honest, I like the musical arrangement better when the original British billy do it in RVP 2004. but these pirouettes in here seems more stable. but then again Liam was younger that time.

  • I think it was a full orchestra at RVP and here it's just a pre-recording. Liam was great, but these pirouettes are more stable. I like this routine more as all three get to do and equal amount.

  • wow

  • VERY GOOD, FRANK

  • Cute
