Now I have a new amp - Marshall tsl 100 head, and sure the guitar sounds different. but the fender frontman is still a great amp but you have to know how to use it right. if you turn it really up you get a really nice high gain sound out of it. sounds unbelieveble close to zack wylde - without any effects - no joke!

@alapcg You can´t say that they have a better tone than the standard ones. It´s just a different sound. And it´s obvious that the standard ones have a bit more sustain so I would say that the standrad ones are still better. But sure it depends of what kind of tone you prefere!

@megadeth1996 I have an epiphone, too. But the Les Paul Studio is more less than the epiphone. It´s because of the other wood they use in the studio ones. So the Studio isn´t that heavy like the epi

no, but I had an epi standard before. epiphone sounds nice but there is also little difference to gibson(Some of u maybe say that you can´t compare them) epiphone makes really nice guitars but the sound is more transparent. The studio epi is also thinner and has different wood. so it sounds really thin!

The Gibson Studio is better, I had my Epi Studio about 4 years ago but I sold it and got a Gibson. There was a differnce in the sound... Gibson sounded better.. but the Epi was also a nice guitar.

don´t know ?! It´s the way i learned it in my early guitar days. I never had guitar lessons I learned all by myself. So I didn´t care about the right finger. But Yes - you´re right. Now that I am playing about 2 years I know I should use the little finger
