@WatchPlayDownload The whole reason the napster thing started was that an UNFINISHED version of I disappear found it's way onto the radio. They traced it to napster accounts and then really didn't have a choice except to continue with the attack. He downloaded Death Magnetic because it was only a few days away from release and he considered it not being leaked until a week before release "a victory" -Lars Ulrich.
It started with them protecting their UNFINISHED work.
