i got into a heavy blitz of striper bass chasing peanut bunker at the jetty on ibsp back in 04 on oct 31. it was insane every other cast u had one on the line....we caught about 70 bass in 4 hours.

It was the end of September. The bait was mullet and his fish was a bass. I don't know if they were all bass but they were not small fish.

Yea, if it was the summer, it was most likely bluefish, not bass. But it's a blitz worth watching
