  • Its actually quite phenomenal...any tips as to how u do that?

  • expensive? How much do they charge? They do the same stuff at my bowling alley in San Diego, and they charge 1.50 a game..

  • how to do a straight ball???please tell me..

    i have a reactive ball

  • nice sleeper conversion at 2:30

  • question.....did they have of the older AMF red, white and blue ones as house balls?

  • First off, you're cheating on CANDLEPIN?!?!

Secondly, I thought this was a candlepin score, so I was pumped until I saw the shape of the pins on the bigger window.

  • LOL, I wish. I actually went candlepin bowling today and only had a 140 for a high game :P

  • Why are you throwing a straightball?

  • The bowling center is in the heart of boston so I wasn't going to go to boston yesterday carrying my bowling ball with me all day. :P

  • haha well u did well anyway. nice job :)

  • mike, have u ever been dukpin?

  • I tried to last September but the place that Bowler4ever and I tried to go to was renovating at the time so they were closed. X_X

  • ugh. whered u go? collins?

  • Yeah I think so, the one in Billerica.

  • how hevey was that ball

  • That is so weird that bowling center using a fairly newer masking unit, the one that came out right before the current Qubica/AMF design that is more like a movie screen with scences held on with velcro tape rather than panels that have scences drawn on. But the weird thing is Agawam Bowl in Agawam Mass. 22 candlepin lanes is starting a major remodel with computer scoring the newest masking units, etc. but the current masking units coming down are the retro design this place has on their panels.

  • A Brunswick crown above an AMF logo, now that is a rare sight.

  • Nice game wolfe, i carry a 175 average, you would kick my ass any day of the week. hose are the same pins i bowl on. ( and the same lanes )

  • And speaking of The Phantom Gourment, have you ever watched any episodes of that show before? If you haven't then you should watch it every Saturday morning (and again on Sunday morning) on TV-38 because, after all, the host Dan Andelman, his brothers Dave and Mike, and their father Eddie, are real restaurant geniuses indeed.

  • Yeah I've seen it, it's a good show.

I only had some of their home made potato chips and they are SO damn good. I wanna go back there just to have those again. :P

  • Okay then, that is good but I am sure you will want to try their pizza as well as eating their potato chips again indeed.

  • Well Mike, I do know something about King's Bowling Alley (even though I never been there before) because I know it was featured as part of the Eat Here segment on the Food and Fun episode of The Phantom Gourmet (That's because they also have some excellent pizza there as well).

  • I like the old school masking units. By the way.....you know you're a hell of a bowler when you can shoot 209 with a house ball and not being able to slide!
