@InfinityLogicNetwork Yeah but to start task manager and try and shut the program off, you can't because it continues to loop when you come back from ctrl alt del, but if what you mean is you can ctrl alt del and then just shut down the computer then yes, which is what this is for, to make someday have to go through the whole restarting there computer thing which is annoying

Heh, I made something like this, but it also uses CreateWindow in the loop, and sets itself to load on startup.

Also, you might want to find a way to check the number of cores on the system and "fork" (look at CreateThread() and _beginthread()) until you have a blockinput loop thread running on each core. I'd also maybe do something like make the computer beep on and off a lot, it's really damn annoying.
