  • I sent my Sallie Mae A4V to the CID of the U.S. Treasury and had some success. As suggested by the A4V guru Winston Shrout, I created my own presentment and payment coupon and sent it in. Since I made the instrument negotiable by leaving my payment amount blank, it looks like they filled out the amount to only satisy 8 "advanced payments". This pushed my payment due date back eight months. This time around, I requested a payoff statement as a presentment. Fingers crossed

  • What has been successful for you? Im just learning about all of this thewhyte@gmail.com

  • Did the IRS ever respond to you? And if so did you get this debt cleared. I'm in the same situation with Sallie Mae, well now the debt is with a collections agency. Do you think I can do the same a4v deal with the collections agency?

  • look into set off arbitration law united nations there is some good information there, it should be done as you are private!!

  • ur exemption number isnt the BC nmbr its the ss nmbr without the -'s! :n)

  • what success have you had with A4V, because I am new to this. I want to be informed.

  • what are u going to do with their offer?

  • I just want to say how proud of you and all of the awakened youth. Thanks for your inspiration.

  • Sallie Mae is the worst loan company I have ever dealt with, and is the worst one when it comes to "horror stories" about loans. Steer very very far away from them because they will screw you in any way possible. The customer service will hang up on you if you have questions, and most of the time they are incredibly quiet or speaking so fast with such heavy foreign accents you cannot understand them. Then when you ask them to repeat what they said they will hang up. Horrible people and company.

  • hey bro r u in a group? lets build brother. Inbox me

  • I can tell you right now. If you are a so-called black person with a European surname, DON'T expect to this process to work because even when you write your name in upper lower case, you are still operating in fraud or color. This is because you are not of European descent! John Williams is an Englishmen not african negro color or whatever you call yourself on Wednesdays.

  • I got the exact same response from Sallie Mae. It must be a standard procedure over there.. Interesting. Thanks for the build!

  • a-fuckin-men.....a young black (not that it matters) man like myself emits intelligence like a solar flare. good shit old chap. we must never stop

  • Keep up the good work bother!! I like your attitude and where your mind is at .... keep spreading the knowledge and forget the people who want to be slaves of the system

  • Well the FBI list "Accepted For Value" as a scam. So if you want to tangle with the Feds, go ahead.. You take out a loan, you pay it off. Carlos Peters was a deluded idiot who was declared imcomprehensible and vexatious by the court.

  • It's a good thing I watched this before I sent off my A4V to Sallie Mae...lol.. I had the envelope sealed and ready to go.. So I guess college loans don't apply to A4V? Or can you use the bank account in your straw name to pay off the loans?

  • GREAT JOB BROTHER..KEEP IT UP...KEEP ME IN THE LOOP..CALL ANYTIME

    ASK FOR TEE

  • we're planets inside planets. haha

  • thanks for keepin it a 100! The truth vibrations are rising like never b4!

  • thanks for keepin it a 100!

  • Always send any AFV directly to the IRS.

  • nice to see the truth being told in a win or lose situation

  • They have sent you a counter proposal to your offer to discharge the debt they claim you owe. now you need to be consistent in your processes and get a default on their actions. SM is ruthless.

    caveat emptor

  • 5:56 you're right. starting with you, you need to take responsible and pay your debts you accumulated under your "name" and agreed to pay back at the time of origination.

  • Your State's Statute of Limitations 2 to 5 years, on Suit/Garnishment might be the best route to take. Just lay low until the date passes, then tell them to shove it.

  • I got the same letter for Sallie Mae when I sent my A4V. That is too funny. Same letter, they sent me back my UCC and even my envelope.

  • Why didn't you send it to the treasurer with a 1099 It always sounds like you have only done half the paperwork.

  • I like your words.

  • @kaelxanda Absolutely, example: From: Date: To: Re: ___(Credit Card, bank loan, etc etc.) Account Number: To Whom it may concern: I would like to make arrangements to settle the above referenced matter. Please provide me with your statement of the amount owing as of ___(pick date 2 weeks out for example)___, together with your assurance that you will accept payment in direct and immediate exchange for the original instrument of indebtedness in its original form. by; authorized party
  • hey , Im in Md/ DC corridor. I pretty much stumbled onto A4V while researching taking steps towards my sovereignty, I have been looking for others to meetup and learn, so that i can in turn help others, Would you be willing to email me, so that we can communicate offline. thanks for this vid

  • hey heru, i have been looking for someone in DC/Md area to link up with who has done this successfully and unsucessfully lol, I've just recently discovered this A4V through researching for my sovereignty and freeman status. could you contact me privately by emailto discuss A4V.

  • Don't give up buddy they are calling your bluff. Have you declared your sovereignty? They are trying to collect on your strawman (all caps name), and you need to do a Power of Attorney on your strawman and claim your natural person lower case name.. might be good to do a claim of right as well.. further copyright the use of your name and advise of fees for doing so. also ask them to resort to blacks law.. stand in honor.. Yah you know it!

  • The executives at Sallie Mae are some of the highest paid in corporate america. One of their CEOs was worth around 250 million. They will not give you the time of day. You will not win they are very very clever and well connected.

  • From what I'm seeing you need not just the number on the back of the SS Card, but the routing number for the regional Federal Reserve Bank that that account is drawn from as well.

  • try sending ur accepted for value to the irs so they can send them to the company through the check.....some CFOs dont know whats going on

  • try sending it to the irs instead...because some cfo's dont understand the process

  • Did you try to get a loan, or did you try to pay the loan off with a4v? As I understand it, you already must have a loan or debt for it to work.

  • A4V means you accepted THEIR offer, so it's not up to them to reject your A4V because you already accepted it. Don't be tricked back into the old way of thinking. Although you can use A4V on any offer, it's best to use it on a remittance (coupon) from a billing statement as the remittance is the provided remedy intended.

  • @SmokeRingHalo does this work on mortgages ? and what is A4V in detail plzzz ?

  • @missionaryoffaith mortgages are quite different for a couple reasons.

    1) In real estate the Buyer makes the offer - therefore becomes the debtor. Almost everything else is the opposite with the seller making the offer.

    2) Real estate is the 'bread & butter' of the system & they don't like you messing with it. Resistance is almost certain trying to apply AFV to mortgages.

Little room to explain AFV in detail here, I would watch Winston Shrout videos as he explains it best.

  • I think I read somewhere that with those kinds of debts like the one you're referencing in this vid, that it has to be in collections or sold to another agency other than Sallie Mae, the original loan company. You would have to wait till it goes to collections, then request the "Original Note" (which they will not have). The loan debt is still with the original lender (Sallie Mae) so you can't really do anything. But don't quote me on this though.

  • I really love your videos. I think you are incredibly measured in your outlook, and you've done the work and present a very coherent dialogue that's a perfect example. I am going to keep watching.

  • You are a breath of fresh air!!

  • hi i have doing Doug Rittle method since Decn2009 but no results yet could help why what am i doing wrong ? 845-662-4520

  • I have the copies u sent me and read them with u. The defendant(bank) only reference the "Foreign Bill of Exchange" in a couple of spots but they dont challenge the valididty of the document. ...

  • They only state that the plaintiff has not produced a proper comp[laint against them. All of the court cases that the brief cites (yes its a brief not a summary or judgement) are there to support their stance of what quality of work and procedures that a pro se should follow. Nice try. Dont let em fool ya. Namaskard

  • @enlytnd in other words... ITS A SCARE TACTIC!!!!!

  • thank you my friend, keep up the great work

  • Very good. thanks for the video.. Im waiting for the IRS to send me my tax statement now.. peace

  • You are a bank, give them a money order. ;) I would follow Douglas Riddle's methods, and send it to one of the three IRS locations bud.

  • @kaelxanda Thanks for the inside knowledge. I have submitted the same a4v paperwork to the Irs in process as we speak.

  • @SovereignTempletv1

when u complete ur obligation do they have to return the promissory note to you

have u asked the cfo whether they sold the note ?

or ask the lady who sent the letter ?

they are obliged to give u that info

do you have a cppy of the agreement

  • @SovereignTempletv1: Yeah I'm beginning to think that sending them to the IRS instead is the best route, just takes longer I guess. I don't have Student Loans but I am trying to "sell" for lack of a better term this concept to my fiancee. How long does it take to get a response from a creditor if you issue your paperwork to the IRS instead?

  • @yankdini99 yes, on sending the a4v's to irs and time is from 30-90 days of settlement of accounts some say.

    Thanks

  • @SovereignTempletv1 How did this process turn out for you brotha?

  • @SovereignTempletv1 Can you tell me which IRS address to send them to? Thanks.

  • @SovereignTempletv1 did you have any success sending it to the irs?

  • @SovereignTempletv1 Any word from the IRS on that yet?

  • cool thanks

  • join a4v at yahoo groups, look for Doug Riddle's method and try sending your a4v to the IRS listed on his site.
