This is a movie from the mid 1980's and it is a cheap south indian movie. It is not a bollywood production, it is an independent production. The arabs are actually south indian people pretending to be arabic. Indians and arabic people look very similar. And i do not know why but in indian and pakastani movies the people sometimes like to dress up like arabics.
