Thanks for the videos! I enjoy your videos very much.

  • Patrick, love the videos. Where do you get the music you use? I'd like to do something similar, but avoid copyright issues.

  • Great Video, nice exercises for me as with all the hurry and stress with studies and so on really need a way to relax and bring back the flexibility to my body! Congratulations for a new great video! Yoga is the way! ;)

  • Great new video Patrick.

  • Yay! So nice to see another video! It's been awhile! I hope you will post videos more often, I enjoy them so and you'll never know how much they help me. Thanks!

  • sorry for playing the kill-joy;i think that yoga can be wonderful but i can't agree with the philosophy of these video who tell us that we are living in a hard world and we MUST accept it with help of yoga exercises. in a way, you tell us that the world can't change!! i feel it very sad.. but you will certainly think that, hananananananan! this guy is a evil arrongant french guy!! no good!

  • Nah, I understand. I certainly don't have a life anything like the misery featured in the first part of the video, and not many of my friends do either. It was just a kind of shorthand for communicating the idea of "stress"

In actuality stress is an inescapable part of the human experience. However I do believe that it's exaggerated in the modern world and this time is more important than any other to bring the concept of total wellness back into our everyday thinking.

    I like France!

  • Forgot to mention I love your channel.

  • 1:40 is a stretch I used to do in wrestling in high school. Just thought I'd mention it.

  • Yeah I'm sure it's been "invented" by thousands of people all over the world. Wish I could get a good name for it. Sometimes I call it Upward Facing Pigeon on the Wall.
