No, i have the 16Gb ps3, and i play ps2 games on it all the time. When you play the ps2 game on a PS3, the graphics are greatly improved.

I was replying to a guy who asked if Xbox 360 had music and if you could play it online. I am aware that Sony's PSN is free. =D That's one reason why I'm probably gonna choose PS3 of 360 even though it's more expensive. And you can't complain with LBP =P.
