I would love to have been a part of the pitch meeting for 'Wishbone'. "It's an educational show where we teach kids about the magic of reading. Except the lead character is a Jack Russel Terrier, and we get to DWESS HIM UP IN A WIDDLE SHERWOCK HOLMES OUTFIT D'AW SO CWUTE." Seriously, I loved Wishbone when I was a kid. And my parents always bought those 'Great Illustrated Classics' for us, so more often than not I'd already read the adventures that heroic pup was imagining. Such a wonderful show!
