Wouldn't it be, at the beginning of the series, the first film in particular, when the credits rolled, they just wanted you to know the actress' name, just as the "Pinhead" cenobite was simply called the "Lead cenobite? To clarify, they are just telling you, in the credits, that Grace Kirby is acting the role as the female one. In Part Two, that role was Barbie Wilde. It's only to tell you who played what part.
