warmoth are excellent, i,ve just got a fender tele deluxe in dakota red with cream binding and fitted two gibson burstbuckers with a fender 2007 usa standard neck...gorgeous.

@zonie9872 Not 100% sure to be honest. Do a trial order on warmoth with the parts that you like and you'll get an idea. I'd suggest going with Klein 58 PAF humbuckers... they go for about $300 a pair. :)

@fireitup9 Not sure why you hate bolt on necks. They're so much easier to setup as you've got the added advantage of being able to easily shim it to realign it. I prefer them to set necks.

All of that horrible glue in a set neck joint takes away a lot of resonance from the guitar. That's why potted pickups don't sound as open as their unpotted counterparts, all of that glue/wax takes away the sound. Besides, if you break your headstock (ahem, GIBSON) you can just get a new neck
