Wow, I always tried seeing how far I could go in the game without any items (shock absorb, tanks etc) and I actually got pretty good at them. I can go through Wily 1&2 without dying and mostly mega buster, Wily 3 I maybe die once on the low spiked roofs, and the bosses rape me :S. I can make it to the final boss with 1 or 2 lives with the M-tank from Wily 3 but I can't do the eggs :(
