Recently found out I have a genetic degenerative condition that includes bulging discs, compression and degeneration of discs, bone spurs. My younger sister just had to have ACDF or spinal fusion in the cervical area. I have this condition throughout cervical, thoracic and lumbar areas. Currently undergoing traction treatment. Trying to avoid surgery but need relief from pain and inactivity due to it.
