Putting aside the glaring omission of the fact that Cervone conducted NO ACTUAL INVESTIGATION into the matter one still has to wonder about the quality of law enforcement and prosecution in the 8th Judicial Circuit of Florida given Cervone's judgment regarding not only the veracity of this witness but his willingness to jump to much broader conclusions from little more than this.
