  • Hi hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

  • Hey, not bad video here I actualy liked it :) /watch?v=9QpzdK7wdYY expert talking about body weight on fox news

  • @KilluaZordick Yep Yep... That's the one I'm using.. Its in the site WeightLossAction.Info and I really suggests you try it also.. :0

  • omg girl you are brave , love the you smile after the surgery .

  • can you tell us again how it hurt, i missed that part

  • your my new hero :D

  • the pwoplw who dislike you vids really thought it said DIS I LIKE

  • I don't know, I guess I'll just have to experiment myself.

  • did it hurt a lot?

  • Just caught your video, will recommend it to my friends.

  • I found watching this heartbreaking. The pain and anguish we put ourselves through to fit societies views of what is "normal" and "beautiful". This sentiment is in no way meant to diminish the courage and motivation this beautiful young women has shown in really living her life the way she wants too, for that all respect.

  • My comments stand as stated! Do not take them out of context, to twist them into your own opinions and judgements and lables or lame assumptions. You have a good day! This is said with kindness. :)

  • @MsLivinghealthy After you've returned just to repeat yourself verbatim, albeit with even worse grammar, I think you're also a little nuts. Now, you're a mean AND crazy old lady. I should've inferred that fact from when you told the poster, who had lost 100 pounds without surgery, that she lacked "discipline." Again, here's a direct quote: "you must have a lot of money to WASTE, couldn't you just get a personal trainer a chef and DISCIPLINE." Wow, that's some non-judgemental "kindness!"

  • My comments stand as stated! Do not take them out of context, to twist them into your own opinions and judgements and labels. You have a good day! This is said with Kindness. :)

  • @MsLivinghealthy Anyone who reads even your FULL comment will realize your passive-aggressive attempt to shame the poster. Saying "I'm not critical" doesn't erase all your judgey statements and saying "this is said with kindness" doesn't fool anyone; it won't subtract from the fact that you're clearly a mean old lady, who enjoys surrepticiously insulting people, but is too cowardly to speak directly since society says it's wrong to be mean without provocation. But you just can't help yourself.

  • wow, you must have a lot of money to waste, couldn't you just get a personal trainer a chef and disipline. How old are you and where is your family for support...yikes just so drastic to me....but what do I know... I don't know, I am not critical, it just seems drastic to me. to each their own. Each surgery takes years of your life and pain...wow..fuck. I hope you heal and are able to learn new eating/exercise habits to make it last. All the best. :) This is said with kindness. :)

  • @MsLivinghealthy Your comment consists of intentionally mean and judgemental statements, thinly veiled under some falsely kind words: "you must have a lot of money to WASTE;" "couldn't you just get... DISCIPLINE;" "Where is your family for support;" "each surgery takes years of your life and pain;" "i hope...you are able to learn new eating/excercise habits to make it last." (sneaky way of saying she hasn't yet). I hate your fake, passive-aggressive personality. This is said with kindness. :)

  • OMG you are so brave. You are reaching for the stars....I can't wait to see you in cuople of years!

  • do the stitches go away?

  • They will fade over time. It takes about 2 years for the scarring to go down to its minimum. It will never go COMPLETELY away, but it will barely be noticeable.

  • thanks for posting this.

  • I can never do the surgery like yours but i'm happy that ur getting closer to your goals. seeing you lose weight and wanting to be healthy made me realize that i need to be healthy too. i lost 4lbs already just by eating healthy with little to no exercise but i should exercise because i don't want the excess skin. keep posting ur updates on ur recovery so it'll motivate me to lose weight. thanx.

  • Hope everything is going well... :D

  • Holy crap! And ur still smiling??? Holy holy holy smokes!!!

  • Can't believe how upbeat you are after the surgery and pain from healing! Just shows how strong willed and appreciative you are. You can already see, even with the swelling there is a big difference. So excited for you!

  • Wow.. you are an inspiration! Get well soon and keep smiling because you ROCK like no other! And remember.. scars are like tattoos, but with way better stories! ;)

  • I am loving all the info. your sharing!!!THANKS YOUR STILL AAAWWEESOME!

  • So when do they say you can start working out again? If you've seen the loose skin, you know I've contemplated the abdominioplasty body lift procedure, but could not bear months without prepping for one marathon or another. When's the prognosis for you lifting and working out again?

  • It will take about 2-3 months to start hardcore lifting...especially with the arms and legs. However, normal daily activities start 6-8 weeks after surgery!

  • your a new person girl! congrats! Your the best! by any chance is there any laser treatments that can help make the scars less noticeable??? I knoww im going to need all these surgeries thats why im asking... I hope sooooo ... but I can wait for your next update!

  • Hey! nope, no laser treatments for me! I like my scars because they always remind me where I came from. I feel as though I have accomplished winning a battle of "new Sami" vs. "old Sami"....and new Sami is the one who claims victory! Plus, the scars will fade significantly within 2 years as long as I follow a healthy diet, use creams, and take care of myself! =)

  • youre such a brave girl!!

  • Thank you for all your help with motivation, here and on your web site. I am pretty isolated where I am and it helps to see someone with such drive and focus. I wish you all the best!

  • Your awesome good luck with recovery!!your my favorite guru...........for weightloss...........

  • Great job sam, I have been watching you from day one. Thank you so much for allowing me to experience this journey with you, your positive outlook , drive and honesty are truly uplifting. What you have achieved is an accomplishment to be very proud of. Apply the same dedication to all aspects of your life, and there will be no stopping you.!! Good luck and take care pretty lady..

  • Been watching a few of your videos after coming across one recently, you're a real inspiration for sure and it seems a really nice person at heart.

Iv been trying for weeks to get motivation to start going back to the gym, but it seems like every ounce of motivation i could possibly cling to, to bring me out of my lazy rut just isn't working. The next day i make excuses for myself and end up doing the same thing as always..

  • Thank you so much for the kind words. Good luck on your weight loss!!! I am really excited to be a part of your motivation! :D I know what it is like to go in circles and not go to the gym. If you ever need help with motivation...check out my website and I post A TON about it on there! Have a great day!

  • ur great still with a smile in all ur pain;) hope u feel better nd accomplish all ur body goals!

  • You've done so awesome!

Such an inspiration, you are gonna have that fitness body soon!

  • You are great girl. Especially to be upbeat as you are after two surgeries and a lot of pain. You have done an awesome job! NEVER go back! Be blessed.

  • Sami, you should make partnership with Youtube and/or write a book about your experience. This whole journey is AMAZING, the details of what you're going through, the pain, the triumph.

You are an inspiration! Such honesty, such courage. :D

  • Wow, and you're still smiling!!! You amaze me girl!!! Best wishes to you! <3

  • I know you take this seriously and I hope that you recover well....11 hours under anesthesia will give you congestion and I am sure if hurts to cough..

You have the most will power and pain tolerance of anyone I know...I am sure you will heal well, and I am sure you know this all takes time for the swelling to go down, thank you for posting an update so soon..I look forward to following your journey..are you on anitbiotics too?

rest and recovery..until next time..best wishes

    Bonnie

  • Hey Bonnie! Thank you so much for the kind words! Yes, I am on antibiotics...I think Ceftin.

  • Wow. I hope you get your rest, and eat good so you can get better quick! I am such a chicken when it comes to pain. You are way more brave than me! Good luck. We're cheering you on over here!

  • Wow Sami, I am so happy that you came out ok. Just remind us again on some things: what was your starting weight, pre-surgery weight (both) and when did you start losing all the weight (how long did it take you to lose the weight?) You truly are a motivational person and doing things that I am sure 99% of us wish we could do. You're going to have to do another sexy photo shoot when you're 100%. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I enjoyed this video Greatly!

Due to the things I've seen in here and the things you've said, I have a gained a lot of respect for your decision to get these surgeries.

    = )

You are a beautiful human being!

  • congrats girl good luck on recovery

  • I think your transformation has been amazing!! I am so happy for you and your accomplishment. I was just wondering one thing. How did you pay for all this surgery? Best of luck to you!!

  • 11 hours straight! Good god! I am so happy for you, I hope recovery goes as well as last time! Your awesome attitude helps a lot, I'm sure! Drains are no fun, my sister had one after her c-section got infected! Super-yuck! I feel you on the pain pills, they make me sick. Even after having my 2 boys, all I asked for was BIG Ibuprofen!

  • U r brave;

    Im happy for u

    Ru - Paris

  • rofl Sammi you're INSANE!!! I practically cried like a baby after getting my wisdom teeth pulled and here you are sliced from head to toe and you're smiling for the camera. Your positive attitude is so overwhelming because it makes me realize what a baby I am LoL. Your poor parents! For you the 11 hours felt like 11 seconds, but to your parents it must have been epic! Thank God its all done, huh?

  • amazing....you're so brave....i would be totally and utterly petrified =) Can't wait to see the final results. Get better quick! =)

  • I have been dying to find out who you're doing. I am SOOOOOOOO glad it's all done for you. Now the healing process begins again! At least you are all done, girl and now you can move on with your life. I am sooooo very happy for you! Just take care and thank you for this video....so i know how you are doing. Can't wait to see you....after you heal some more!

    Sher

  • I just cant wait to see you all recovered!!! Get well soooon!!! Pleaseeee!!!! ;)

  • GOSH that does look REALLY painful! however thats some courage you have! I totally understand why you have gone ahead and done it, after I lose all my weight I would probably want to do it too, but my reservations are the huge scars.

:/ good on ya, your doing awesome :-)

  • but you still eat badly : (

  • No, that is incorrect. I normally follow a high protein/low carb diet eating 6 times per day. However, before and immediately after surgery it is important to eat lots of carbohydrates, sugars, etc. (especially because my body is normally deprived of them!) in order to insure a speedy recovery! My normal diet is very healthy...for a bodybuilder!

  • get better hun it will all be worth it in the end

  • "Like they are going to pop!" LOL Glad to see you got thru the mega surgery..thats crazy it took like half a day to finish. I can see the pain in your face totally but you are still jazzed. Totally cool. I hope those pills do not forget to dull the pain for you!

  • It has to be worth it to be willing to go through so much pain. From the looks of all your smiles... it looks really worth it to you. I am glad you were able to do what you have done and I hope you have a speedy recovery too!

  • You look awesome! So happy for you :) I hope your recovery's quick!

  • OMG! Even right out of the surgery with the swollen-ness, the difference is breath taking!

*speechless* Wow... I mean I've lost about 90 lbs so far, but I'm just not one for that kind of extreme pain :S

    You are truly amazing!

    Recover well :)

  • get well soon. love ya girl!

  • WoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I have never seen anything like this. Everything is moving so fast. I have never seen such dramatic changes. The personal details you are documenting are really valuable. Be safe. Force fluids for your liver with those pain medications. Enjoy your new body. You have worked so hard.

  • Hope you have a fast and safe recovery! Good Luck! :)

  • glad to see your doing ok. hope that your recovery goes well. and stays well :)

  • Get Well Soon. Hope you can get back to doing what you like soon. Glad to see you look happy even though you are uncomfortable.
