I saw it now. I still think that the video is relavant. I just skipped ahead so I am not even sure of why he mentioned this GW thing. I don't think it really has a purpose other than to show that population growth affects what we do to the earth. But trust me, I am no GW advocate and I refuse to dislike this video for some random plug. Thanks for watching and pointing this out though.
I really hate GW talk, but I actually did not pick up on any GW talk. Probably because the talk about GW has NOTHING to do with what he is specifically teaching.
@d0nj03 He might be wrong that global warming might be a problem. Now do you accept that YOU might be wrong that global warming is not a problem? Would you rather risk a problem with our already flawed economic system, or would you rather risk that our ecological system might break down?
No, I do not accept (specifically) that GW might be causing "ecological system breakdown" since the evidence to the contrary is quite strong: correlated with an increase in CO2 concentrations over the past decades there has also been an increase in global plant and animal life, as should be expected, since CO2 is the main plant fertilizer and plants go on to feed animals.
The real question is: are you ready to accept measured facts instead of propaganda and speculative "predictions"?
Al is a boss! "There IS no debate. There is nothing to debate!" Good lecture, thanks.

Pay attention to the last few seconds of this clip. (You think I picked this exact one to comment on for nothing?)

He makes a lot of sense in general, too bad he had to mix (Anthropogenic) Global Warming bullshit into his presentation.
