Couponing: Family Dollar Free Scrubbing Bubbles Kits

Which Family Dollars did u go to? I went to one on Capital by Lena's on Sunday and the scanner wouldn't scan my coupons, so the girl asked a lady if they accepted printable coupons and the lady said no if they aren't scanning. I know that Family Dollar accepts printable coupons but I didn't want to argue and left the store. So I was thinking of trying another Family Dollar or going to Walmart.
