the gun comes up every time you move? You should make it only when you sprint. Cause moving and not being able to shoot is pointless.

night vision - you will not find a tut, that's right. even i don't know how to make such stuff. a guy from our team made a 2d filter (script) for that, so it works in game logic with 2d filter - custom filter. then you can make keys as triggers. so if you really want to make such things, i suggest you to learn python... our scripters have years of experience in python ;)

You need to fix the gun animation. I suggest putting 4 empties. (Body connects to one, and they connect in a chain. Last one connects to the gun.) They all do different this like walk, swayright, swayleft, and shoot. They make the animation have a more realistic qaulity.
