  • I've been to Sydney twice on business trips and it was friggin' awesome. The beaches are very nice, the landmarks are so picturesque, and Aussies are so laid back (and even quite nice to an American like me). Reminds me so much of my home city of San Diego (albiet certainly with nicer people and also safer). Can't wait for my next trip back in December!

  • @SuperHs1998 your country is beautiful.I'm glad to be acquainted with the Australia.(my english is not very good)

  • sydney girls are ugly

  • @rightfredsdead agreed

  • @tangypasta and the australians are humorless, sullen, moody and boring. i found the place to be utterly souless. its a con the newspapers are trying to sell. its a hellhole unless your part of the super rich.

  • @rightfredsdead and everything there is sooooo expensive

  • @tangypasta $18 for a pack of winnie blues

  • good

  • @NightmareAU kinda true but also a lot of wigs :) (not being racist, I am wig lol ;) )

  • @MisterJeanfi yeah, it is I love it -3

I love living in sydney it's the best. Everyone is so nice and no one (that I know) is racist. I am Australian but have a Greek/Italian background and no one judges me lol ;) I don't live in the city but I can see the harbor bridge from my house. It is amazing during new years -3

    I better go to bed now :( school today :( (it's 1:30 am here :/ )

    Night night xx

  • This city looks so beuatiful! I´ve never been there before but i hope i will be someday ;)

  • beautifull city and country i would like to see it.

  • going there for a working gap year, cannot effing wait :)

  • @OctorokPrime have funn! :)

  • What a beautiful city. The landmarks are great but it's the people which is the icing on the cake. Upbeat, cosmopolitan, very positive, great sense of humour and big-hearted. No wonder people move here from all over the world.

  • Australia is most beautiful country and USA

  • Australia is most beautiful country and USA

  • I went to Sydney ,Australia. It was a beautiful place and I wanted to live near here.

  • Greatest city in whole south hemisphere

  • @crashbreakerr that's 'cause there's pretty much nothing in the southern hemisphere except for southern africa, south america, and australia

  • @adrianroam95 and New Zeland

  • Never mind the whole south hemisphere, how about the whole world

  • the truth behind popular myth of Sydney:.....more superficiality than substance, invaluable residential property, vast numbers of bashers in all areas of Sydney at night, overcrowded beaches, bicycle unfriendly, considerable increase of Chinese population, mafia-like estate agents, high-priced economic status, if you got children it might be that they called Nazi first day at school obviously the school administration isn´t able for a paltry excuse.

  • @sydneysummer95 increasing Chinese population is a good thing.

  • what would be the average cost to live in Sydney for one month?

  • يارب اكتب لي نصيب في شوفتها

  • coffs is proly one of the worst in the world now i dont live there but it is crap

  • Is it often cloudy in Sydney? It looks depressing, no offense

  • Oh blah blah blah. Anyone who brings up Melbourne in a video of Sydney really has an inferiority complex. Guys, come back when you actually have some world recognised landmarks. Coffee and sport do not count.

  • sydney = simply AMAZING!

  • im gonna move there this friday :P

  • sydney is the best city in the world

  • I heard that their racist... 0.o

  • @alvinchua200 how is it racist when it is one of the most multicultural places in the world?

  • @alvinchua200 who? lol unfortunately, there's racism all over the world these days. you can't really name any certain country where it only appears

  • @alvinchua200 you heard wrong :( i'm an Australian (from Sydney) and it saddens me to hear that everyone's initial perspective on Australia is racism....it is a beautiful place to live with kind natured people.....please don't stereotype us because a few "bad eggs" can't keep their mouths shut.....everyone has their own opinion but yours really offended me.

  • i live in austria not in australia haha

but i want to go to australia!

  • I love Australia. I'll soon go there to Traralgon.

  • Okay, so here's the deal.

Me and my family are planning on a vacation to Sydney, but the problem is that I am scared to death about spiders. I've heard that Australia has the most spiders in the world (or alot atleast) and some of them are deadly.

Soo... what should I do? How to handle the situation

  • @Lakupalkki Take comfort in the fact that I'm 32 and have never been bitten by a deadly spider. There's really only one you have to worry about, that's the funnelweb and if you get bitten, you go to hospital and get sorted out. No big deal.

  • is it true that australians ride around on kangaroos

  • @wikiwikidrumbass Only if your car breaks down. They're too slow, and you tend to feel sick riding a kangaroo for any longer than 15 mins.

  • @wikiwikidrumbass yes it is and people also walk backwards here instead of foward

  • I wanna visit!

  • eu amo a australia, um dia eu vou ter que ir la

Sydney has many awesome beach suburbs.... Manly, Bondi, Coggee, (the touristy ones) yea the Taranga Zoo is a good choice... u get to catch a Ferry across the Habour... hmmm many Historic Buildings in Sydney too... QVB, Martin Place, Blue Mountains

  • @paddlepopkid yup you are right europe just lives from history and even so we have a bad economy and america, well you said everything i think about it but you forgot to say that theyre cultural level is really low like green day i dont wanna be an american idiot. to comprove you this there is a video on youtube(wich i cant remember the name)where a reporter asks how many eiffel towers there are and the guy answered about 10!!!

  • @paddlepopkid just to end you really should be greatefull because you live in very very good country. and guys like me will need to work to go there but i will be in australia in about two years. just excuse me for the english its because im portuguese.

  • It is a fantastic trip, unique and specific place

    Love my Sydney so much...

  • I LOVE AUSTRALIA !!!

  • I liked Sydney for his non stop night life, harbour and bondi bozza, I liked Melbourne for its culture and shoppin, st kilda and shiz.

  • Australia rulezzz!!! I rus!!!!!

  • Why have they shown Sydney with grey sky's hahaha... We very rarely have grey skies... its like Summer here 9months a year... looking at this... our city looks pretty crap in this clip! Patriotic SydneySider here ... not happy

  • This city has 3% the amount of skyscrapers as Shanghai. But national parks and beaches is still cool.

  • Just out of curiosity, why do you Americans believe that Sydney is our capital city?

  • would love to see it someday, thank you for the video

  • Sydney isn't the Australian capital, and it never was, Melbourne however used to be the Australian Capital, Sydney is only a city, like any other city in Australia, but Sydney have been loser a lot of ratings on a lot of things, like fashion capital know goes to Melbourne, as well as many other things, Melbourne is the sports capital of the world, but Sydney has never been rated the Sports capital of Australia or the world!

  • @ashleybrient I recently visited both Melbourne and Sydney and there is no point in arguing, Sydney is better than Melbourne. The harbour is sooo beautiful, and Sydney is so lush and green. Melbourne is rather unattractive. it's trying to be like a European city, but what's the point cause it doesn't even come close.

  • @RealRacer69

Your from Sydney, so you would say that, but the fact is that Melbourne has more, Melbourne has the world's largest tram network, Australia's only public hire system, and Melbourne has Australia's largest shopping centre and Australia's tallest building at 95 levesl!

  • @RealRacer69

Sydney is copying Melbourne however, they did in transport, and you know something, Melbourne is home to the Australian Open, Australia Grand Prix, the Air Show and the AFL Grand Final, including the Australian Olympic Committee,

  • @RealRacer69

Also, Melbourne was rated higher than Sydney and the Gold Coast on which to visit for a holiday, you can be sure to look that up! Melbourne was also rated in the top 5 business centres of the world! with all the major corporations being based in Melbourne!

  • @ashleybrient

sydney is the best , melbourne is ok, just be happy your in a good country , not like mine.

  • @waterszappa

No, Melbourne is the best, Melbourne is more advanced than Sydney, like, Melbourne has faster internet, while also being the Fashion, IT and Information capital of Australia and the Sports capital of the world. sydney is in debt and is outdated!

  • @ashleybrient

if you say so my friend, we have different opinions, i like sydney, melbourne is good, but i found the people a little rude and sometimes racist, i had 2 bad experiences in hawthorne and footsgrave, i dont know if i spelt it right, after that i was of melbourne, but the weather at the time i was there reminded me of home in england

  • @ashleybrient "Sydney isn't the Australian capital, and it never was, Melbourne however used to be the Australian Capital"

When the Europeans first arrived to create the country we now know as Australia, Sydney was the capital of the entire place, long before Melbourne or the state of Victoria even existed. Remember that until 1851 the land on which Melbourne exists was part of New South Wales, and Sydney was the capital :)

  • @Booniebanana

oh stop stereotyping, god.. we aren't all like that, and that's the GOVERNMENT who are using the money on those things, NOT the Australian people of whom you seem to be criticising

  • Kocham Australię <3

  • Sydney is full of fags and shit skins!

  • @olkilldevil20

get used to the real world bitch :)

  • Australian accent, damm difficult to understand.
