  • this train seems wack it is nothing compared to the LIRR, Metro North, and NYC subway that give service 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays

  • @elangeldecalle787 the rest of the country is way behind the north east in terms of public transportation.

  • I understand them fine -- but then I've traveled around the world, so accents don't alarm me.

  • I agree with the comments below about choosing representatives who can speak clearly and distinctly, etc -- one girl is very good, but the other one is not. Please don't consider it as prejudice, etc. -- it's not that all all. It's just hard to understand her -- and she's giving important information!

  • It is difficult to understand the lady in all black. Her pronunciation is very poor of too many words and directions. Metro should have representatives that can speak clearly if they want riders to try the service. It would be nice to be able to ride into Austin to shop and have lunch or breakfast then get on a rail and get back home after 2 or 3 hours. Trying to figure out what someone is saying just makes it too complicated. Keep directions simple and clear if you want more riders.

  • i didnt know. it's kinda hard to get to from here.

  • yeah too bad it STILL HASN'T STARTED SERVICE!

  • @skitch88 Um, it has been running for at least three weeks. My roommate rides almost every day.

  • The video was cool & very informative but listening to that other chick was annoying! (you know which one I'm talking 'bout)

  • I wonder what this video is like if it actually plays properly.

This is the first YouTube video I have seen that has no sound and only plays still frames.

No wonder the train was delayed so long if they can't even produce a compatible video. I was hoping to find out if the train has bathrooms or not. This video revealed nothing about that, as far as the 15 frames I could see showed.

  • @MrCBofBCinTX something is wrong with your connrction. it was informative. norestroos

  • rode today, couldn't get my Ipod touch to connect to wifi, was disapointied in that, the ride was great better than i expected. also i thought the train would be packed there were lots of riders but room for more

  • Imagine what the bike space will look like when it's raining outside and the biker spreads all th mud over the windows and disabled seats.

  • @mmuhl you may notice that the disabled seats are folded up while bikes are mounted. Also, street tires (which commuters should be using) carry much less mud than you'd think, particularly if you're accustomed to mountain bike "knobblies".

  • My favorite view from any passenger train, peoples back yards. LOL

  • Great Video, makes me want to ride the train, the narators are awesome, kept me interested enough to watch it agian
