OMG! So, let me tell you what just happened. I watched this video this morning...and as soon as it was finished, I put on my gym clothes and went to the gym. I walked for an hr and a half on the treadmill (I had a lot more energy after an hour) and came home and did some crunches. YOU ARE my inspiration. I have been following you for a year... and for whatever reason, THIS ONE did it for me! You look FAR BETTER than amazing! I'll keep you posted on my progress. I may even make a video!

I had excema real badly on my hands.(open cuts) I got some tests done(naturalpath) and turned out that I had too much yeast in my body(candida), I stopped alll the sugar/yeast and it went away.

Have you tried California Baby Calendula Cream my son who is 1 has/had horrible eczema and I used that and it went away or keep it at bay. Try it and see if it works for you.
