Ah very cool list! My personal favorite is Wind Waker. I got that the day it came out soooo many years ago. I remember I played the demo that was included with my Gamecube and I fell in love. The graphics I loved the whole cartoon style Link was very cool so many cool characters and colorful scenery and there was sooooo much to do! I loved playing it it still makes my spine tingle when I replay it! Just such an awesome game my all time favorite Zelda and game in general.
about ALTTP: for the longest time I said it was my favorite zelda. probably because it's the first one I ever played... but now when I go back and play it I feel the same way :\
While I didn't like the design as much as I expected (an odd mix of WW and TP) the games characters actually have backstory and emotion, and the controls are great IMO, but I do feel dumb when I get really into it and someone walks in my room haha the game really picks up after the 3rd dungeon!
2. Twilight Princess

I thought it nailed many of the things that previous Zelda titles got right, the combat and gameplay were pretty fluid, the bosses were a bit more challenging than previous titles (at least in my opinion) but I kinda have to agree with you about Hyrule, it felt so full yet empty at the same time. No reason to hate it though...

I really have a hard time deciding which of Ages or Seasons are better. They're both similar but very different. Seasons has the better overworld, while Ages has the better dugeons/plot.
I seriously hated skyward sword, I just can't deal with motion controls, it wasn't nesercary at all, it felt tedious, and putting it at number 2? Above Ocarina!? An insult.

hey, i dident have gamecube, snes, nes and all that stuff growing up (am 20 btw). so i never got to play any zelda-game:/ i just recently got to borrow zelda: skyward sword to my wii and i love it! and this video made me feel a bit off nostalgia watching the games, even though i have never played them as a kid:) and know i have a BIG urge to play these games! its to late and hard for me to get my hands on the really old consoles:( but which zelda-gamecube games can i get for my wii?:/

Twilight Princess is not a bad game, Midna is indeed an incredible character. The only problem I have with it is that the giganitc world is so sparse that doing things like Heart Pieces is a complete chore.
While I enjoy Majora's mask, it was a close call for my decision, but I honestly enjoyed Skyward sword more then majoras mask. Both were fun, and the only thing that would make me enjoy majora's mas more is if it gets a 3ds remake.
If I remember right, you need both OoA and OoS to get the full game and beat the true boss. In my book that'd mean they're one game, just different parts. Similar to expansion packs on pc games.
I'm glad you put Majora's Mask as your number 1, as I'd do the same thing. It did what Twilight Princess was trying to do, probably without even trying. It was a unique, dark experience for those who could look past the 3 Day time limit for each cycle.
And I'm glad someone other than me liked the Oracle games. Personally, they are my all time second favorite (Yes, I count them as one big game.), behind only Majora's Mask.
Despite what all the comments say, I think you did an awesome job. Gave me a new outlook on some of the Zelda games. Twilight Princess was my personal favorite, and a close to Majora's Mask. Funny how people can be so similar, yet so different!

WHAAAAAAT??? Ocarina of Time was the first 3D Zelda. That's why is the best. Majora's Mask is just a copy, becaue the graphics are similar and there is the same gameplay, well i think that. (sorry if you didn't understand my English)

@KoopaBro9 come on, its just my opinion. Anyway, OoT was the first 3D Zelda game. MM has the same gameplay and similar graphics. And I'm not saying that MM is a bad game. Actually it's great (I mean, the moon, the bunny mask), in general, MM is beautiful, that's the word. If you think MM is better, you can say that, anyway is great, you have reasons to say it. Twilight Princess is not a bad game, Midna is indeed an incredible character. The only problem I have with it is that the giganitc world is so sparse that doing things like Heart Pieces is a complete chore.

While I enjoy Majora's mask, it was a close call for my decision, but I honestly enjoyed Skyward sword more then majoras mask. Both were fun, and the only thing that would make me enjoy majora's mas more is if it gets a 3ds remake.

If I remember right, you need both OoA and OoS to get the full game and beat the true boss. In my book that'd mean they're one game, just different parts. Similar to expansion packs on pc games.

I'm glad you put Majora's Mask as your number 1, as I'd do the same thing. It did what Twilight Princess was trying to do, probably without even trying. It was a unique, dark experience for those who could look past the 3 Day time limit for each cycle.
And I'm glad someone other than me liked the Oracle games. Personally, they are my all time second favorite (Yes, I count them as one big game.), behind only Majora's Mask.

Despite what all the comments say, I think you did an awesome job. Gave me a new outlook on some of the Zelda games. Twilight Princess was my personal favorite, and a close to Majora's Mask. Funny how people can be so similar, yet so different!
