That's why you see politicians telling jokes, it's why we have tv shows like American Idol and Jackass and it's why we make instant starts out of nobody's like Paris Hiton or Kevin Federline. They know people are laughing at them and they're not araid to act goofy. So I think your comment is kinda off base as it seems goofiness is wgat the people want.
