    We have push ups specific videos. You can find some is you look at the earlier videos.

  • In order to achieve proper body weight,one must have a proper dietary intake of food.I really liked watching the trainer sitting on nothing and kicking his leg out,then bringing it back,and kicking the other leg out,in a repetative motion.

    It's basic equipment. I am sure you can improvise and substitute with something else.

  • Please, I'm in Atlanta too, they're around. Elementary schools have them more often than not, just go after hours. They are public property when school is not in session. There's also a good one off of the Chattahoochee between Ptree Industrial and 141. I forget where exactly, but you can probably find it on google maps pretty easily.
