  • You shouldn't be eating cereal.

  • hey hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Thumbs up if you would hit it!!!

  • believe it or not. But the extra weight you got is probably from the weight of the container used, not the actual cereal weight.

There would be a lot of difference if you actually weigh the cup first and actually subtract the cup weigh by the result you got in the whole thing

  • Have u read Good Calories Bad Calories by Gary Taubes? And The Obesity Epidemic by Zoe Harcombe?Did u Know What The Goverment Diet Advice Was Untill 1977 about Loosing Weight? And Why Did It Change? As Zoe Harcombe Says: Stop Counting Calories, Eat Real Foods, Start Loosing Weight!!

  • Plus.. Let Me Just Ask U.. Where Do U Get This Idea That To Loose Weight u Gotta Watch And Count Calories!? Whats The Science U Apply? Isnt Nutrition About Nutrients and NOT Calories? How About Hormones? Do They Have Anything To Do With Weight?

  • True! Do Not Eat Cereal!! Eat real Food!! Fat Protein Vitamins Minerals r Essential Nutrients! Carbs r not!! Eat Meat Fish Eggs Raw Dairy Olives Some Nuts Seeds Olives Plenty Fats Little Fruits and/or Carbs!!

  • Ok, I'll measure, and I guess no granola, so much sugar...

  • DONT EAT CEREAL if you want to be lean and healthy!!!

  • omg this is ridiculous. 100-200 MORE CALORIES. WHAT WILL WE DO? People, go by your bodies, not a superficial guide of calorie counting.

  • You know what they say: never trust a fat dietitian

  • @hndrk oooohh thats cruel!

  • ooh i measure my cereal all the time :)

  • XD

You mean that with lots of love EH

  • Yeah, but if you only eat a cup of cereal for breakfast you'll be hungry long before lunch.

  • The problem is people need to downgrade their dishes. Get smaller bowls and plates. That will give you a better understanding of serving sizes (use rice bowls which are about 8oz or 1cup)..and use salad plates as dinner plates. That way your appropriately sized meat/veggie/carbs will good very substantial..and you won't feel cheated (after all we eat with our eyes).

  • I need you to come over for a personal lesson?

  • People listen you need lean muscle to boost metabolism, period. Exercise must be done at least 4 times a week. If You have enough time to get on the internet, then you can do 15 to 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. It's good for YOUR! heart and body. Do measure your servings, you'll eventually get familiar with servings.

  • Shouldn't you be using a dry ingredient measuring cup?

  • Yes, I think you do.

  • @quoththeraven929 it doesnt matter a cup is a cup

  • Lol I usually have a much bigger bowl and serve myself twice. But I'll try to remember this.

  • Add skim milk to that kashi some peanut butter heat it up, boom youse in heaven! Oh and do not forget the banana!

  • First Mistake was eating cereal to begin with!

stick to nature - whole foods.

    go here:

    truthknowledge. com

  • But I like eating a shitload of cereal.

  • Also drink more water, yes city water a lot taste like shit from the tap, buy a filter, or buy bottled water. But try and drink more and then ad exercise. TBH a lot of women are lazy and do not like to run rather walk on a tread mill. You want to lightly jog on a treadmill, go slow and go for distance. I do this every 3 days.

Just to be in descent shape and fit should not require people a serious "dedication" It should come natural. Don't go ape shit like people in these videos.

  • You just have to use some common sense. One thing to limit is sugar and not just sugar "High Fructose corn syrup" which your body doesn't even treat as a real sugar. Its very bad. Do things like eat more fiber, you can switch from white bread to wheat. Yeah you may be like oh man that is nasty well give it a month u will think white bread is nasty which it is. Also lots of beef products which are high in calories, switch to turkey, etc.

  • The problem with current society is, we have an abundance of food, and many people have sedentary life styles and little to no exercise type jobs. Then you have the fat slobs on one side who eat everything and are lazy in everything they do. Then you have the weirdo's who try and defy evolution and eat "vegetables" which is not only expensive its just stupid. Look at Vegan sometime, they look like they are going to die. Also exercising everyday is stupid.

  • no offense to the video but this is an almost RETARDED theory.

100-200 calories is NOTHING. What you need to do to actually loose weight, is boost your metabolism. You can do this by eating many healthy meals and exersizing alot. this video is hinting almost at starvation stratigies that fankly dont work AT ALL.

there is no need to measure your cereal to save 100 calories. simply eat smaller portions thoughout 5 or 6 meal times a day and i garentee you youll see results.

  • Plus this cereal is LOW in calorie compared to most cereals. which is (which I mentioned in my post up top) I add peanut butter!

  • If I wanted to lose weight I would be much more interested in listening to a host who is in a much better shape. It just gives more credibility IMO

  • the only cereal i eat is weetbix so no measuring needed :D

  • take off your top

  • So you are Shallow! I gained 30lbs but I thought you were ok with that but a game right? I'm going to beat you.

  • I always measure my cereal so I know how much insulin to inject. How do you like the Kashi Go Lean?

  • I love Different CEREAL !!!!

  • I tend to eat alot of high fibre low fat cereal in the morning... I start my day with a big breakfast and have a smaller lunch and dinner that has little to no carbs... just meat and salad/veges....

  • I usually have a plain fibre cereal or a red fruit cereal (no raisins, ugh) with my coffee and lactose free milk. Then from then on it's like I try to eat as little as I can. And skip dinner. I don't eat after 6pm and I have no time to eat more than lunch before that. Though now my job is easier, because caught something and my whole digestive sys. is inflamed, so all I eat are rice cakes, a bit of chocolate for energy and coffee, which I just can't live without. 1,5 month and no cure yet.

  • Pfft who eats cereal like that? You take the milk, pour it in the box and your set.

  • Uh, fit people eat cereal like that. I take it your really not that in shape, am I right?

  • Im like 130Lbs and 17 years old. I dont know if thats avg or not but its pretty fit to me. And what i said before is called a 'joke'.

  • @megaslayer92 How hard is it to get a scale, put your bowl on it, pour the cereal in and meausre the weight. Your gonna find life hard my friend

  • @wagjiani7 how hard is it to be healthy in the first place

  • is she pregnant ??

  • pretty lame attempt of a burn.

  • lol how can any less of the cereal be filling lol? i never add sugar to my cereal.i enjoy it plain or with fruit

  • What about Oatmeal? I tend to just grab 3 handfuls to cook, I have no idea what the servings are, but 3 handfuls are what fills me up nice for the morning.

  • That's just gross. Seriously. Where I live we don't even really know what oatmeal is, but I had it once. It was pretty hard to find and I haven't seen it for years. But really, it was just gross. Warm. Ugh. I better stop now.

  • I totally eat cereal out of the box

  • so true!

  • Hi Sarah! Can we be friend? You are good and fantastic. I hope reply, if you want or not to be my friend. Sorry. Ok? Bye!

  • How about not eating cereal. It is garbage.

  • Hey Sarah, I can't eat any type of break products, so could you do a video on something healthy that I would be able to eat?

  • Sometimes the recommended serving size is unrealistic (eg. who is only going to eat 30g?!)

  • yeah tell me about it lol

  • that iceland health ad is really weird.. i googled it and it's the top selling product in the us.

i'm and icelander and live there , and i have NEVER heard of it except here on this channel..

well i think that's just how much they're using the name as a seller

  • Skinny? LOL!! 99% of the women wish they had her body. 100% of men wish they had it too. LOL

  • I've never measured anything besides in cooking. I find it weird that so many people do. I guess if you want to lose weight, you kind of have to. But otherwise, I can't imagine doing that every day for every meal.

  • THANK YOU SARAH! you hit the nail on the head when you said cereal and peanut butter. Good GAWD i take my Special K and RUN with it! Are there any good cereals that give you a lot for your serving size?

  • My breakfast ends up being the only meal I really measure. It's just a lot easier to measure cereal, oatmeal, etc, than other foods like salads, etc

  • I am asian and a big fan of rice, could you do a video on rice? I always get confused between cooked and uncooked serving sizes!

  • It's been months since I last ate a bowl of cereal. Trying to stick to the fruits and vegetables. I don't think cereal is part of the China Study way to good health. Then of course if it was what would I add to wash it down with? Water?! Dairy products are also off the list. lol

  • I need to buy a measurer. I eyeball it.

  • I didn''t always measure everything, but I have actually started to measure my foods more. I try to use references like the size of a deck of cards for meat and so on...

  • I like to buy everything I can already in packaged portions. It's expensive that way but much easier on the waistline. Jif peanut butter comes in tiny little serving containers but each one has FOUR HUNDRED freakin' calories! I stopped eating it but keep it in the pantry for hubby.

  • Thanks for the tip....Looking great as always :)

  • i thought getting the most cereal is good for u

  • Hey I ate that exact cereal today actually. And yup, I measured!! That's so funny. Great series - so helpful!

  • thank you

  • PEENAH BAHTTER!!

  • Very important tip! Thanks.

  • instead of having just cereal ,i eat fruits & boiled egg whites beforehand so that i wouldn't feel as hungry. i also try using skim milk. :)

  • Hey add me!
